We are little surprised about your commetn about the taxi... we are located 3 minutes walking distance from Galeries Lafayette ... there are many taxi there... our street is rather small and quiet, but fairly easy to find for a regular taxi in Paris. The entrance of the building is indeed getting old, but that's the 'parisain way' .. the partment itself and the rooms have been entirely renovated in 2016 ! We do actually have many business men and women coming on a regumar basis in oiur property , they like the very simple booking, check in/out process, and the cosy atmosphere with nice and comfortable rooms, being a real change from the standard busines hotels ! Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Yes ... bathroom taps are nice, and can take a minute before figuring out how they work, noone has ever been forced to take a cold shower tho :-) It is indeed half way between B&B and hotel, hopefully taking the best of both worlds ! the lack of personel is meant to provide a more cosy feeling, as you don't feel like standing in the lobby of a classical hotel when your are sitting in the lounge. Staff is avalaible in the morning for face to face interaction, and later via our App our mobile or email. We are glad you had an overall good experience and hope you will come back with your family.

Dear Madam, We find very unfair that you give us such low rating. You did not spent more than 15 minutes with us ( after we offered you a coffee in the lobby whilst you arrived very early , well before check in time). You had a Non Refundable reservation, you walked away, did not answer to our emails written in good english, and you expected to be refunded ? The website description is the responsibility of Expedia, not ours.. it is however clearly explained that we have 6 rooms on one floor ... not what you would consider a regular hotel. However, our services are equal if not better than many 4 star hotels in the area. Individual rooms with daily housekeeping, breakfast served in the lounge, A/C, large comfy beds, bathroom with separate toilets, free access to the kitchen, soft drinks and cookies, conciergerie services etc ... reading our reviews you will see that our guests are very satisfied with the services we provide. We wish you had at least tried one night before sending this review. There is no need to blame us for your decision not to stay, or the very poor communication with Expedia. It is an unfair review.

Cher Anonyme , Nous sommes évidemment déçus que vous n’ayez pas apprécié votre séjour .Dommage de ne pas avoir votre nom afin de faire une réponse plus ciblée . Nous servons en effet un petit déjeuner à table , avec choix de café Nespresso ou Thé mariage Frères, jus d’orange , pain et viennoiseries , salade de fruits frais , yaourt , céréales , assiette de charcuterie et fromage … petit déjeuner qui est inclus dans le prix, est ce vraiment un choix limité ? …. Sans compter l’accès libre service à la cuisine , le sac et la gourde en cadeau d’arrivée … et tout cela avec des prix qui sont comparés régulièrement avec les hôtels du quartier offrant des prestations de même qualité . Peut être que vous êtes venu(e) en juin, mois le plus cher de l’année à Paris avec septembre …Bien cordialement
