"Small room but was clean and had a fridge, close to road so noisy."

"Booked two nights stay at the hotel. On arrival realized that the bathtub does not drain and the dirty water stays up in the tub. Talked to the staff on duty and was told that immediate repair is not possible, but it will be fixed in the morning. Came back in the evening after a full day of hiking to the bathtub cleaned up from dirt residue but still not draining at all. Talked to general manager who was not able to offer another room or repair, but was promised a discount. Two nights of no shower, going offsite and paying to get access to showers. Eventually discount offered 20% off stay, for a room that’s essentially a bed and a bathroom and a ruined stay. Expedia reached out and same response from management."

"Full kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher- renovated hotel but not super luxurious or fancy. Good place to eat is most definitely in the hotel."

"Our stay was exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and robes and pool towels were also provided. It was lovely to soak in the hot pool while admiring the beautiful mountains all around. Dinner in the bar was delicious and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"It was a great location, but…. Our cabin was very run down (looking around a lot of the cabins looked nice, perhaps we just had bad luck). In order to open the cabin door you had to put your shoulder into it, and to close it had to slam it very hard!! When doing dishes the sink wouldn’t drain, after a shower, outside smelled like septic tank, toilet seat kept falling off, bathroom faucet handle kept falling off, couldn’t close the bedroom door because the door was opened against the wall and the bed was too big to be able to close the door, front window was broken, couch was covered in a blanket to cover stains, pool and hot tub were too dirty to swim in, a rusted old trailer at side of driveway while driving in, the Thai food trailer at the front had a stop work order posted from a year ago, so goes half finished, things not put away such as shop vac, I could go on and on:(. We left a day early because we just couldn’t take it anymore! We didn’t complain because the problems were obvious and clearly had just gone unaddressed"

"The staff was amazing the restaurant was great. However the rooms are old and outdated and the mattresses are old and u comfortable. With some TLC and updating this place would be as amazing as the staff is."

"The beds are pretty good. The pet friendly room was quite rundown however. The bath tub had only shower the lever was broken. So the shower head just stayed on. They had one chair from the original start i think and it was so worn out and sunk in so I had to put a pillow on it to sit comfortably. They need to dispose of the old warped furniture and upgrade. Big heavy wood furniture. I didn’t have a pet and this was the only room I could get. But overall it was fine and the pool is lovely."
