We love Riande Urban hotel. This is our second stay there, and the service is great. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need. The hotel has a great pool, well-appointed gym, and tasty restaurant that serves a very nice, complimentary breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner options that are affordable. The staff - especially Rolando and Jenny - are very responsive and attentive in making sure we had whatever we needed. There are a lot of really good, affordable restaurants near by too, and the area is convenient to shopping as well. If you need a ride, the hotel offers a taxi concierge who can take you anywhere you need to go. We fully recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!

The room was very dusty and a musky smell comes from the air conditioner. The bathroom has a hole in the sink that catches water and developed a strong stench. We aksed for a room change and was told we couldnt change. Every time someone flushes their toilet you hear the sound of a pump rushing in your bathroom all through the night. I am very dissatisfied.

Very poor service during check in. The recepcionist was so rude, not even one smile. Smiling is the minimum when working in hospitality and even when I asked him a question while I was talking he didn’t even listen and talked over me. It ruined the experience. The staff at breakfast and around the pool though were great. Thank you. The 2 stars reflects the bad first impression at check in.
