We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and we loved having the Continental breakfast brought to our room every morning. There was a small balcony that overlooked Via Frattina, which is a pedestrianised shopping street. We enjoyed standing up there and watching what was going on down below. The hotel was located right off of Via Del Corso, which made it ultra-convenient for getting anywhere we wanted to go in Rome. If we ever return to Rome (and I hope we do), this is where we will stay.
Found this on line. We opted for the transfer service offered by the guesthouse. Pick up at Fumicino airport to the Guesthouse for 50 euros. Train is 14 per person, so it was a no brainer for the 4 of us. We were told the driver spoke english...he did not. He dropped us in front of the building, and a girl named Sylvia arrived a minute later. She showed us the place and explained what we could find in the neighborhood. She was very pleasant. We thought the place was true to the pics we had seen. Nice kitchen that we did not use because of all the wonderful restaurants in town. All in all, very happy with our stay.

"Rome Condotti 29 Hotel - Great location, Spanish Steps & Exclusive shopping"
The hotel room was small but nice, only about 6 "suires" but the staff (a guy who sits at a desk) was really nice. We were close to everything, and he was able to act as our conceierge for our tour of ancient Rome and our trip to Amsterdam. Not a lot of ammeneties but we were not in the room much. Lots of shopping as soon as you step out the door, as soon as you step out you can see the Spanish Steps, and Trevi Founatain is only about a ten minute walk.

Although I'd checked lot's of reviews prior to booking this beautiful little town house, I was still a ,little worried as to what we would find. But to my pleasure it was absolutely lovely, very vintage and modern all at the same time. The reception area is small and leads into a few separate rooms to sit and chill and breakfast is also included (delicious).
The room was extremely clean and had everything we wanted. The hotel is within walking distance of just about every tourist site in Rome, other than Vatican City but on a nice day you could actually walk there.
The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own toiletries, the shampoo and shower gel wasn't great, but who goes to Rome for that?!
