It was a nice property. Close to the beach and shopping. Staff were all very friendly. Gym had enough equipment and was big enough. Great time of year to come.

A little difficult with dogs, just because you have to walk through interior hallways and the lobby, but aside from that, AMAZING place. Very clean. Very modern. Tons of amenities.

First time staying here and will definitely stay again. We arrived 3 hours b4 the guaranteed check in time and we asked for an upgrade. We were granted our upgrade and were able to check in right away.

Amazing! Had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. Was lovely waking up each morning and walking along the beach followed by a trip to Ginos for Coffee. The gym was good as well, lots of equipment on offer.

It was my first experience at Watermark Beach Resort, it was amazing! The spacious room with separate living room and huge kitchen area and the balcony is nice too. The staff was so kind and very helpful. The restaurant is also great experience too.

Great resort in a great location downtown Osoyoos staff is great. The condo spaces are spacious with great kitchens and everything is very walkable. Great place to stay in the summer and the restaurant is absolutely fantastic.

It was wonderful. We stayed two nights in a one-bedroom apartment with a city view. This is one of the best resorts in Osoyoos.

Pool and hot tub were great. The townhouse we stayed in was really spacious and well appointed. Outdoor area was very nice and scenic. We went on a number of excellent bike trips. Overall we had a great experience.

2nd stay here, was fantastic. Steam room, hot tub are awesome. The room was so nice and big. We enjoy having a separate kitchen and living room, washer and dryer.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Staff and maintenance saved the overall experience. Fridge, washer/dryer outdated and falling apart. TV’s outdated, no USB charging options. Kitchen supplies were dollar store quality. Restaurant options, grocery store options closed too early during off season (8/9pm). Beds very comfortable, pool facilities are great. Bbq area excellent. Property/landscaping very well maintained.

We had another wonderful stay at the Watermark! The staff are great and always helpful. The units are clean and have everything we need. We enjoy using the hotel amenities, and close to shopping and restaurants. Look forward to visiting again.
