We are sorry we failed not only your expectations but ours as well. We have taken your feedback on the missed housekeeping item as a retraining opportunity. As this is an isolated incident, we do hope this did not "sour" your view on the brand.As in the amenity of towels in the suites, each room is stocked with the standard of 3 towels. Unless it is a two bedroom/two bath suite, all others have a maximum occupancy of 3 guests as stated in the reservations. Anything more than this would violate the fire code. Therefore, we follow the brand standard and have two towels on the rack, and one rolled up towel in the shower. This is to accommodate the 3 guests. We thank you for sharing your thoughts and hope you had safe travels home.

We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations in our newly renovated suite, this includes the AC system. As it sounds as this was an isolated incident, we can assure you we are meeting all brand standards with parking lot lots as well. As this is the first complaint of such.We can recommend the studio or two-bedroom suites for those that are more sensitive to sound, since the AC is located in the bedroom in the one-bedroom suites. I do want to thank you again for your feedback and truly sorry we couldn't meet your needs.

Good location close to UCF. The facility is old but well maintained. It’s a pet friendly hotel and the pet fee is $150… so not very friendly. Unfortunately the pet fee was not disclosed in Expedia.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. As the pet policy is not only listed directly on Expedia but as well as on our website. It even states we have breed restriction, and the fee is shown. I am sorry to hear there was any confusion in regard to our fee. It is the only way we can continue lodging pets on site. There are local pet boarders in the area as well. We do thank you again for staying.

Was charged a $150 tax non-refundable pet fee that I was not informed of until check-in. Having already paid for room in full, which was non-refundable, I had no choice but to pay. The girl at the desk, Aliya, who was very polite and professional said it was I booked through Expedia, that their website has that information. I feel if Marriott is going to accept reservations and non-refundable funds through Expedia that they should make their fees transparent. I felt robbed.

We are sorry to hear about your frustration. Please refer directly to our website www.marriott.com/mcore as it goes over the pet fee. In order for us to welcome our four-legged guests, the fee covers deep cleaning that must be done for the next guest arrival. Most of the hotels in the East Orlando area charge as well. We are sorry to hear this created an inconvenience for your stay.

Recently remodeled & everything was very clean. Every person on the staff was extremely gracious & friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast hostesses. There's a nice little pool & pickle ball court by the front entrance. Easy free parking. We had a 1-bedroom suite with a full kitchen: full-sized fridge, microwave, & a mini 2-burner glass stove top, dishes & silverware. There was a single serve coffee maker, but we didn't use it, cuz there's 24hr coffee, tea & hot chocolate mix in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast had nice options & the breakfast area was kept clean & well-stocked with basic breakfast items, as well as healthy choices. Hot station had a different omelet each day, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage & turkey sausage. They also had a waffle station, cereal, muffins, scones, bagels, toast & oatmeal, and apples & bananas, fun extras like salsa, pico, variety of sauces & cheese. I appreciated the healthy toppings bar with yogurt. granola, dried fruits & nuts, and even pumpkin seeds & flax seeds. Coffee & tea station had milk & oat milk, plus little flavored creamers. The hostesses were very efficient with keeping everything clean, hot & fresh.

This place was awesome. Friendly, helpful staff. We got a welcome package at check in, the breakfast was wonderful, hot food not just pastries. They offered dairy free options which I much appreciate. Room was clean, full refrigerator and oven. I will visit here again.

Clean and convenient!
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Located in a great location (depending on what you are doing). My only complaint was the free breakfast. Eggs had no taste & the walnuts tasted stale.

Great Stay
My daughter were in the area for a concert. I let the property know about this through one of the greeting emails. The staff was incredible at every level. They provided a snack gift basket with a personal note about our stay. The pool was clean and felt amazing. We definitely recommend this property, if not for any other reason than the staff.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We stayed there for my son's UCF orientation. The hotel is very close to the campus, and easy in and out. Have plenty of food choices around it. The hotel staffs were very friendly. I Highly recommend it.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was beautiful and so comfortable. Hotel is quiet and the free breakfast was delicious with many options. The hotel is very clean. Pool are is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

The bed was comfortable. I saw 1 roach. The bathroom fan was very loud. TVs great , sofa bed not too comfortable. The pool was not open on Saturday. The main weekend day and there were no lights outside for night swimming. The eggs were terrible and they need more than one waffle maker.
