They charge $16 per day for parking now which they never used to. They used to have coffee available at all times with creamer. Now no coffee at any time other than breakfast which was hit ot miss there. No creamer now at all. Breakfast was always lacking (no syrup for waffles 2 days of our 6, no fruit 3 days of our 6, no plates 2 days of our 6) No soap or body wash in shower/bathroom and didnt have regular soap until our very last day. Arrived on Monday and asked for room to be cleaned on Wednesday and they didn’t clean it until Friday because we called again. We left on Sunday. Gym is very small and missing weights. Icon Park is really close and tons to do and eat within walking distance. Area is awesome. Stayed here for the 3rd year in a row and it'll be our last.

Great location and room. Breakfast could use additional staff, and improve the waffle situation for a hotel of that capacity. Didn’t appreciate the paid parking that was implemented since our last stay here, but overall would recommend.

Next to Icon Park and close to Universal Studios. Expedia listed parking as included, but it wasn't ($16/day). Minor issues with room for sticking and shower dripping. Free breakfast and shuttle to Universal was great. 3.5 out of 5.

They didn’t have detergent, also the staff was not helpful or corteous to answer to our issues, Toilet paper was not provided or refilled also soap was not refilled towels were not refilled, pretty much we had to go out of our way to get all these things and go to Walgreens to get detergent since they didn’t even give a timeframe as to when they were going to get it.
