Nice location, convenient. But the property is aging, room furniture getting old. Not really a four star resort. Noise from various parties on premises. Housekeeping extremely efficient. A sure bet for a not too expensive stay. 3.5 stars.

The staff was nice enjoyed being able to stay with our fur babies with no worries. Our bedroom suite was nice with balcony option. It also has a dog park area for your fur babies.

Stayed here for one night to head to Hollywood studios. Price was amazing for what I got; most hotels it’s just two beds and a washroom. The room I got was the size of an apartment! Good size kitchen, big bathroom, nice size living room, seperate bedroom and the beds were comfy! Room was clean and came with free snacks and water. Free parking and an extremely helpful desk staff who will provide you shuttle times for the major attractions, provide you a free drink at the hotel bar (between certain times) and call you a cab if need be. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and the price was unbeatable!

Great location. Most of the staff was very friendly . Unable to get room services without finding an attendant and personally requesting (gone all day with sign on door). Unable to get rollaway bed after 2 attempts with front desk (will be there when you return).

The staff here the last day that i was leaving before i did the check out they went and got my room empty, when i walk into the room i saw the cleaning lady ans she told me im sorry we thought that you guys already left and i said no of course no I haven’t do the check out when i ask for my food my water sodas fruits etc they told me oh im sorry i put in a bag do you still want it and of course not we dont the food after they take or put it in a place. That we dont know Really disappointed for a hotel with this prestige

We love Melia ! 2nd time staying here ! Today my fiance arrived with my 88 year old mom . After the struggle to find our room (she uses her walker ) we discovered our room had not been cleaned! Unmade beds , trash , etc….clearly this was skipped before our check in. Front desk immediately changed our room , but we had to walk (mom with her walker ) to the other side of the resort . The new room did not have a walk in accessible shower , which I reserved because of my mom’s physical limitations . As I said , the pool, staff , restaurant , everyone wonderful , but I have found out chatting with other guests that they have been part of the same house keeping mess . What is going on and why didn’t the front desk provide compensation for a very horrible mix up!? We arrived at 6pm , 2 hours after their 4pm check in !!!

I didn't like that after the housecleaning team cleaned my room, they didn't replace any towels. After being gone all day at the theme park to return and shower with no wash cloths nor towels was disappointing. Front desk seems to not pick up the phone after 9pm. I had to call the sales team as if I was booking a room to finally have someone pick up the phone. The person who picks up the phone had the thickest accent where I could barely understand them. Other than that, the room was nice

Overall good for a short stay. Property is clean and staff friendly just out of date and not the same luxurious of a 4/5 star hotel. Overall a good destination for families given the pool area and location to Disney.
