Very close to Universal Studios. Safe with elevators locked without a room key you have no access to floors. Only issue is doors slam very loudly when guest are coming and going.

The staff are amazing first off I want to point that out the rooms are clean from my experience. I got there early and they accommodated me. They we’re also able to give me a different room than I booked online. The pool is a friendly area with a very warm water felt good on sore bodies. Food was average for a hotel plenty of places to eat around. The area around the hotel has gone down as expected with the economy And hurricane, increasing homelessness Florida resident. Which I found sad for this area, as it should have money to help for the most “ magical place on earth”… sarcasm. The one thing I experienced at this hotel was within 10 minutes I was stocked I was already shook up by a car accident and traveling alone. I was wearing a tank top that showed my cardiac scars and was in the elevator, for a moment I forgot how the elevator worked that I had to put my key up to it A male individual helped me and then from there it escalated to the point that I had to get security involved. Security was amazing. Managment was amazing and I had no other issues. They were very caring about the situation and took it very seriously. So even though this incident happened, I recommended this hotel as it is affordable for the area hotel staff are amazing, rooms are clean and they were always willing to help. These incidents can happen anywhere so the fact that they took it seriously is nice not every place does. I recommend this hotel.

The customer service was definitely there but the overall rating of the rooms, bathroom, halls just no. Did end of staying one night running on 2hrs of sleep & a long flight. This place needs a huge upgrade, felt like I was at a super8. Was supposed to stay a few nights here ended going a much much nicer hotel with super nice rooms & complimentary breakfast!

Took the highest room available and Ohhh Myyy what a view!!! Alex at breakfast was amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Housekeeping is every other day, but that helps to keep the cost of a conveniently located hotel with an amazing view at an affordable price.

I would recommend staying at the Four Points by Sheraton which is located on International Drive in Orlando because it is conveniently located close to Universal Studios and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

Great location, not too far from universal parks with plenty of restaurants along the street. Room was large and clean with a fridge which was great. Staff were very friendly as well, pool was heated which was nice as it was cold outside.

Great place, great location.
Great place, convenienly located with lots of shops within walking distance. The breakfast was $23 dollars so I opted for the IHOP beside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful! Parking is $15 a night which is kind of a rip off IMO. Walls are pretty thin as we heard the adjoing room beside us often but it wasn't too bad.
