This property was amazing! From easy check in, great pool area to friendly staff! There is no better area then where this hotel is located as well so much to do within the distance and only 12 minutes away from Disney and 5 minutes from Disney springs! You’re missing out if you haven’t stayed here!

When checking in it took longer than 20 minutes, there were two people there but one wasn’t helping she was doing something on the computer. Our room had I’m assuming the previous person who stood there dirty old white socks. House keeping only came 1 day and I was there for 4 nights, I had to look for the house keeping to ask for more towels toilet paper.

The property is safe, nice and staff is very courteous and helpful; in my opinion the rooms are not very well lit inside (it feels like old light bulbs with dim lights), bed is ver comfortable, shower, restroom, sofa-bed very good. Since day one I reported that the air condition on the room was not working properly (the fan never turned off, regardless of the Cool/off/heat switch position and the Fan switch on the "auto" or "on" position) this caused too much noise while trying to sleep, but the condition never got fixed (if "cool" and auto" switch positions are selected, the fan must turn off when the AC compressor is off, which never happenned) but other than this inconvenience, everything else was flawless

Steve at the front desk was the best. I observed all staff at the front desk during my stay and he was by far the best and friendliest. All in all stay was good. I didnt know about the $200 deposit ahead of time. Restaurant and bar areas were a little dirty though. Again Steve was the best, give that man a raise.

This was the absolute worst hotel and service i have ever stayed at. We arrived for check in and had paid in advance for a balcony room with a pool view. Upon arrival the staff was extremely rude and did not have a room ready for me, my pregnant wife, and 2 year old daughter even though i called before and still didnt arrive until 4pm. They made us wait for almost and hour past our check in time and finally came back and said our room was ready. We were on the first floor in an absolutely filthy room. The toilet wasnt flushed for starters. The patio door was bolted shut, water barely trickled out of the faucet and the shower. The lights in the bathroom didnt work at all. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room as we paid a premium for the one we were expecting. They declined and said they were full. The next day we were at disney all day and came back around 5pm and room service never came to clean our room. I went back to the front desk and they acted like it wasnt a big deal. No clean towels at all for me to give my daughter a bath. I asked once again for another room and they declined once again. The front desk was extremely rude and spoke amongst themselves in spanish laughing at the situation. I travel weekly for work and this was the absolute worst customer service, dirtiest room, and disrespectful staff. I also asked for a refund to leave after the first night and they refused. I would never stay here again and makes me questions the chain in general.

The breakfast was very expensive for what you got. It was cold, stale, and gross. The pancakes were like rubber. The only good thing was the Mickey waffles. The complimentary breakfast at other hotels is way better than this. This should be cheaper or free. It was gross.

Fantastic place to stay! The staff are friendly, the rooms are both nice and clean, and the pool areas are great! The only miss is the breakfast buffet, the food was cold and the selection was limited, not worth the money. The bar and coffee shop however were phenomenal. This was my second stay and I will absolutely be back! Tip: A balcony room overlooking the pool is the way to go! It gives your stay a resort-like feel! (Sunset pool may be better for those who don’t have children)

This was my second stay at the Courtyard. I came from California to Florida to bring my baby boy to Disney world for his birthday as I did 1 year ago. I had to stay here again because it was nice clean and the staff were very pleasant. My son enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed everything. I didn’t have to go far for a meal. My room was as expected. I will be returning again.

I was nervous when I read some comments d the big comments but I didn’t see any, staff were so nice. Jose gave me some tips on Disney shuttle which were helpful. I wish I had a day just to stay at the hotel. The pools looked beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for 3 days while I visited Disney World and Universal Studios & the experience overall was AMAZING ! Staff members were very friendly and welcoming ! As soon I walked in I was greeted & checked in . The staff member explained to me different perks they had around the hotel such as the pool outside , gym and fee shuttle buses that will take me to the parks . I was also offered 3 $10 food vouchers that I was able to use for the nights that I would be staying at the hotel . Everytime I came back from leaving my room , everything was clean and tidied up. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning on staying in Orlando ! Will be using this place my next visit !

We book two room they gave us 1 room but didn’t have the other room at all. We found out that they overbooked the type of room that we booked for . When asked when are the room available, they said we don’t know , they were very unprofessional with the situation.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. I purchased three rooms to accommodate my large family and I felt I received the best value with my stay. The hotel rooms and property were all clean and well kept. My major call out would be the staff. They were all so helpful and friendly. We stayed four nights accompanying our son's large high school marching band. They were booked at 4 kids per room. However, all their rooms only came with 3 towels. They had a pool party the first evening and the hotel ran out of towels for the pool. Kids were shivering going back to their room, then some had to wait for more towels to be brought before showing. When more towels were laundered, the kids who still needed one had to go get a bath towel from a cart, they weren't delivered to their rooms. For the price of our room I feel breakfast should have been included, but it was almost $20 a person extra. The hotel does, however, give you a $10 credit per room to be used at their Starbucks or bar or towards breakfast. Loved the big parking area and easy access to side doors closer to your room, but hated that you have to pay for parking, too! It was nice to have the option of a shuttle to the parks, however we didn't use them. Loved the curtains, generously wide to fully block out the light on the mornings we wanted to sleep in. In the end, was a nice stay with comfortable beds and a microwave, sink, and fridge in our suite. And I do have to mention Travis at the front desk was always very kind, helpful, and professional both in person and over the phone before our arrival!

Staff were welcoming and our rooms were clean. The only thing I wish was different would be the check in time. It would make such a difference if check in time was 12noon so that families could really enjoy the pool area for a full day. My family and I will definitely be returning.
