"We booked two rooms for a three nights stay. The rooms and common areas were nice and well kept and we enjoyed them. It was frustrating that we requested 1 room with a pet and connecting rooms ahead of time and were told through messaging that the room types we booked did not offer connecting, but that we would be put next to each other. At check-in, we were put in opposite wings not anywhere near each other. "
