Everything was good but the tables and desk in the room looked little were finger painting on them. They should fix that. Plus the toilet was loose from the floor

I see a lot of Hilton properties this is the first time I wasn't comfortable with the staff they're friendly enough was off I don't know if it was just because a lot of them were new which could be. It's just not the standard of friendliness that I expect when staying at anything Hilton related. As I travel through different states this is the first time I came across a property like this where the staff seem to be burdened to be helpful.

I have stayed here multiple times and will in the future. However, this time around 2 a.m., for about 20 minutes, I thought my room was under a herd of elephants. The knocking and loud bumps went on for quite some time. Fortunately, I turned the volume up on my noise app and was able to ignore it for the most part. It started up about an hour later but did not last as long.

We were scammed outnofnour money and never even checked in or stayed there. Expedia said it was the hotels fault, the hotel said its Expedias fault. Shameful. Will not use this chain or Expedia again since no one has reached out to resolve my issue. What a scam.

Check-in was easy and our room was lovely. It was very clean, the bathroom was large, the shower was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. Being at the end of a street, it was also pretty quiet. We were very pleased.

The hotel was easy to find and well lit. The staff was friendly but no direction to room was given. Well labeled hallways and once we reached the room our first impression was clean and no odor. Some of the light fixtures don't work and tv was hard to function. Otherwise great stay!

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
Room was very clean and spacious. We spent one night passing through and couldn't have been happier. Breakfast was good staff was very nice especially considering they were working on Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a 9 rating… The two double bed that we reserve was not available when we arrive. We had to take 1 king + crib for the same price. The shower was not really clean (see picture)

On our way to get wise in wise va.
