There were so many things that went wrong. I have filed a complaint with one of your reps on 3/22/2024. I will never go to this property again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I don't even know where to start... this location is in a bad part of town, and the lot is a mess. Incredibly hard to park and back out of a space. Going into the hotel, I got into my room and there were stains everywhere. The wall, the shower, the mirror had splatters of something on it, the floor looked so beat up, the outlet hardly worked next to bed, the shower was filthy (the curtain was dirty old and grimey, and the shelves were never cleaned). The shower pull knob barely worked, and hot water did not last more than 10 minutes. The window was wide open when I walked in, and I was surprised to not see any bird droppings in the room. Not pleased at all and would like some sort of refund or reimbursement. Will not come here again. Felt so unsafe and disgusted. Also, I booked this hotel because they had breakfast in the mornings, but all they had for breakfast was slices of square bread in a open pan with a tub of singular packets of butter next to it. Had 2 off brand bowls of cereal, but looked like it was in there for awhile. 0/10.

I stay at this property some time ago. I was sadly disappointed in the decline of the condition of the hotel .I reservedva king size over 2weeks ago I checked in no king size available. The room was dingy broken chair at the desk.and the tv didnt work.We was given another room a little bit better. Ii will not be booking here again

The staff was rude! We had no working shower in the 1st room then the 2nd room had mildew all on the shower curtain. And weed smoke in the halls.

This hotel is simply terrible. I really dislike having to write a bad review but this was terrible. The whole hotel claims to be none smoking and that is the farthest from the truth! We had to leave the vent on in our bathroom with how bad it was coming in from the hall. There were zero wash cloths and when asked for clean towels was told there wasn’t any available. A jetted tub room was booked and that’s not what we got, when questioning the front desk the woman stated that’s our room because they are completely booked. TV remote only turned the TV on, would not change the channel or your volume. The Elevator continued getting stuck and you had to pry it open/shut to work. Will not book this place again.

The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. The building was a mess. The elevator didn’t work. People were loud banging and slamming doors all night. A small issue was house keeping knocking on door at 10:00 AM asking if I would be checking out.

There was no Wi-Fi when we arrived and we could only pay in cash so we had to leave and get $600 some odd dollars in cash to avoid their ridiculous ATM fees. They had our rooms wrong as well. I had my two children with me that were looking forward to swimming, but the pool was actually down the whole four days we were there! And to top it off, the elevator was broke the majority of the time, and we had to take stairs with my two elderly parents! The staff was very rude, and hard to understand with the thick accents that they had. The Night Shift worker was actually sitting in the chair, talking on the phone, picking crud and dead skin from between her toes, and didn’t wash her hands to help us when we needed a new key for our room. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel in my life and we will absolutely never return to this hotel!

To be honest this is the second time I stay at a western hotel and again is a bad experience. I pull out the ouch and it had obvious old blood and on top of that it look like it wasn’t cleaned or sheets was changed. The room itself had some repairs that had not been kept. Bárrala and soap and towels. This place I wouldn’t recommend

Yikes!!
The hotel room was dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to giving it to me for the night. The floor still had shoe prints from the previous guest not to mention hair on the toilet seat and a dirty rag Hanover the shower. The remote was gross. The walls were dirty the chair was disgusting. I would never recommend that hotel. The front desk attendant did change my room to one next door. It was still substandard. But at least that bathroom didn’t have hair or dirty rags hanging.

Took a trip to Chicago for a family funeral. I was looking for a simple place for the night not expecting any high expectations, but for the price I paid, I was not expecting what we walked into. I have stayed in some places that I was a little disappointed due to pictures being deceiving, but this top the cake. This was beyond disappointing. First, I thought it was sketchy when we had to drive through a construction site to get to the building. Then when we walked in the room, I first noticed the stained carpets and the cover to the air conditioning unit was off and laying on the floor. When I walked I. The bathroom to use it, the fan cover was almost off and mold on the curtain. When I mentioned to the lady at the front desk about the cover on the air conditioner, she seem oblivious about it and had no explanation. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying here.

The breakfast sucked. We went out at around 6:30 to 7 and there was really no breakfast left. I asked if they will refill the breakfast and the girl said yes but no one showed up while we waited so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Pretty inconvenient since we booked trying to save in breakfast. The carpet and bathroom dirty and dingy especially for the price paid for the room. The furniture disgustingly old. Lots of construction in front.

Area is very unsafe, guests next door are blasting music and screaming early in the morning, and banging doors which means neighbourhood is not safe and walls are thin. Hotel and rooms are not well maintained, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly unless you slam the door, the shower makes a squeaky noice when turning to hot water, and the handle is properly screwed. Found a hair in one of the “clean” towels. Overall, not a safe area nor a well maintained building.

It’s not the worst hotel. But it’s definitely not the best by any standard. Due to short staffing, they weren’t doing daily cleanings (which is absolutely fine by me, I leave the door tag up during my stay anywhere); however, one morning the front desk was going around knocking on doors asking everyone for their dirty towels because they were out! Just so bizarre… on top of that, the walls are pretty thin so I could definitely hear my neighbors conversations which is a weird feeling, and you can only drown so much of it out through the TV/headphones. There was construction right next door, and my guess is that it’s going to be the new best western that’s the modern iteration, and the one I stayed at is going to get demo’ed once it’s done. Hopefully the new one has enough towels lol

Our window didn’t close or latch all the way. There were fresh footprints in the snow outside leading to our window too. The lights to the room didn’t turn off all the way. They just flickered when you turned the switch off, so we had to sleep with the lights on. The floors were so damaged that sharp chunks of the laminate were sticking up. The linens were stained and possibly unwashed. The pull out bed was covered in uncomfortable plastic. The couch was also covered in tons of stains. The whole place just looked dirty and dusty and gross.

noisy very dirty and no breakfast was available on Sunday (the chef did not show up), and another day was only milk and serial. I had to leave it and go to another one.. I need a refund for the Sunday night, I cancelled it before noon as required, the hotel said I have to call Expedia
