Great location most of the staff is pleasant just wish they would let you stay in your room after check out cause we had a late fligjt I was very willing to pay but told rooms were sold out then people came while we were waiting to leave and they were offered 3 rooms !Really felt slighted

Wonderful stay as usual. Loved the updated balcony doors and louvred blackout panels. The change from vertical balcony railings to clear glass panels was a real plus too! The housekeeping service and staff was terrific, very friendly and everything clean where it mattered (a few floor corners could use an extra scrub where the mop doesn't quite reach). The bed was super comfortable, the linens always crisp and clean, and the complimentary room coffee was delicious. If you want the same impeccable views but don't need(or want!) the fuss and fancy of the places down the street then this is place for you.

The property is older and the rooms are dated. It is right on the beach. Close to everything. Had to pay for parking which I didn’t know before hand.

Loud and stupid motorcyclist gang pedaling the gas throttle. Around 11pm at night when tourist sound a sleep. Otherwise the hotel is average surroundings.

I’m pretty neutral with this review. I didn’t love it but i didn’t hate it the hidden fees that they don’t really disclose until you get there is kinda ridiculous. The hotel is OUTDATED. My TV in my room was extremely old and there was an old Playstation to act as a DVD player. Didnt even use it. The resturaunt downstairs was pretty good but you HAVE to get there early like 6-7am otherwise expect to be waiting for over an hour. The only absolute positive thing i can say about the hotel is the location. The beach is STEPS away.

Great little property. Hallways are a little noisy but the place is clean and the location is amazing. Cleaning staff were great, as were the front desk employees.

Location was the best part of this hotel, right across the Waikiki beach and to the shops and restaurants. Room was a bit small-we pretty much compared it to a cruise ship room and bathroom. Doable and the views from the room was spectacular especially the sunrise and sunsets!

This property is a 3 star property and so is fairly old and dated but it is in the most fantastic position. The rooms are small but ok, the beds comfortable, and the room clean. Parking was expensive but they gave an option of another park 8 minute walk away for $25 a night. I then found street parking an 8 minute walk away for free so that was a very good option.The position really does give this property a good rating as it is right across from Waikiki beach and in the heart of everything.

Older hotel but nicely updated. The bathroom was fairly small with only a stand up shower, but otherwise very clean and modern. Not a lot of on-site parking available, but we were lucky enough to get a spot and was provided a clicker to get in and out as needed. I would definitely stay again.

There are three rooms on each floor that have incredible views. Make sure your room is on an upper floor and frankly the view is unbeatable. There are no amenities at this hotel which is just fine because you were in Honolulu for the beach.

The hotel location is very convenient, waikiki beach is right infront of the property, they also provide beach towel for guest with no fee. There is a lot of good restaurants nearby the hotels. There is also parking available but you have to pay extra fee for that. This is really good hotel if you wanna stay near waikiki.

The location of the hotel was great, but the room and hotel itself was very small and outdated. Only two small elevators for the whole hotel, guest parking is very limited and expensive $45 a night. The "amenities" offered on the website are a joke. We never received the free sand toys that are listed on the website for each room, when we asked we were told we could use whatever other guests had left in the parking lot. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend and won't stay again.

The staff was excellent. The parking lot was full and that sucked to have to park so far away and then pay to get an Uber back to the hotel. Very inconvenient and costly. Hotel seems to be very old and worn. Needs to be renovated. But view and location is excellent also.

Property was in great location, unfortunately the room we had the air con was very loud and had to be turned off to allow sleep, property provided only paper cups for tea and coffee. Cleaners kept the room spotless and staff generally very good, however departing at 5am the staff member was to busy playing on his mobile to even ask about our stay Waikiki or hotel experience and just sat there one hand resting on his head and glued to playing on mobile. Would not stay there again and would look at a much newer property.

Ideal location in the middle of Waikiki. From ocean view rooms on floors 3 and up can see the sunset. Hotel is old and it shows the age, room are tiny.
