"I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: Hilton Honors membership...

"Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean, could do with a bit of an update. Room would be better with on extra easy chair. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a kettle was available if required. There was also a laundry room, a water machine and reef friendly suncream available in the reception area. "Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"The hotel building is old but still nice looking, attendant and other employees are very polite and helpful, maybe they need to change or update some of the furniture inside the room like the sofa, but everything else is good, will definitely comeback again."
