"The moment we entered this hotel we felt like we’d walked into paradise. The resort is maintained so well, the staff are incredibly lovely and no job is too big or too small for them to assist with. We had a very early morning flight when we were leaving which meant we left the hotel before breakfast. The staff organised us a taxi and had packed a breakfast box to take with us. The hotel offers 6 pools and a beach to enjoy. We were torn between two hotels and opted for the Laguna and were extremely pleased we did. In order to make your stay perfect, I would pay attention to the breakfast timings advertised as going earlier is a calmer more enjoyable experience. Pool side loungers fill up very quickly, if you’d like one here make it a priority. "

"Cant fault it, great stay for young families has everything you need at the resort to kids water park and kids pool area. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Buffet breakfast is also amazing and has great services in the morning. Highly recommend "
