Se Voi volete comandare in un HOTEL, dovete comprarlo, e se volete il check-in al mattino, dovete prenotare due notti, non che volete il check-in al mattino, quando gli Ospiti stanno ancora riposando, in quanto hanno pagato per questo. Il check-in inizia alle 14:00PM del giorno d'arrivo ed il check-out alle ore 10:00AM del giorno di partenza. Per gli Autisti, abbiamo fatto preparare una camera a due letti e quando sono arrivati alle 09:30AM sono andati in camera, ed sono partiti alle 18:30PM . Noi siamo stati corretti, professionali e deontologici, Voi, mettendo 2 come giudizio siete stati inqualificabili. Meno male che gli Ospiti leggono le recensioni, così possono capire con che razza di gente abbiamo avuto a che fare. Domandate ai Vostri Autisti come sono stati trattati, e fate scrivere a Loro il giudizio, ci hanno ringraziato a non finire di come sono stati tratti bene ed educatamente, e per avere fatto trovare la camera pronta per riposare quando sono arrivati alle 09:30AM. If you want to rule a HOTEL, you have to buy it, and if you want to check-in in the morning, you have to book two nights, not that you want to check-in in the morning, when the guests are still resting, as they have paid for it. Check-in starts at 14:00PM on the day of arrival and check-out at 10:00AM on the day of departure. For the Drivers, we had a twin bedded room prepared and when they arrived at 09:30AM they went to the room, and left at 18:30PM. We have been correct, professional and deontological, you, putting 2 as a judgment, have been unqualified. Luckily the Guests read the reviews, so they can understand what kind of people we have been dealing with. Ask your drivers how they were treated, and have them write their opinion, they thanked us endlessly for how well and politely they were treated, and for having their room ready to rest when they arrived at 09:30AM.

Ringraziamo della recensione positiva, ci tenevamo sola a precisare, che il fatto della prima notte, alle 04:30 e alle 06:00 del mattino, purtroppo, non è colpa dell'insonorizzazione, che, mi lasci dire è perfetta, infatti, abbiamo usato il sughero, elemento naturale per avere un risultato eccezionale, certo è che se dei "PAZZI" battono il muro ed urlano a squarciagola, per quanto insonorizzata sia, nella pace e nella tranquillità della notte, si sente tutto, come hanno sentito gli altri Ospiti. Ci scusiamo dell'inconveniente, ma forse si sono sbagliati, e dovevano pernottare in un Ospedale psichiatrico. Accetti le nostre scuse per quanto successo, la prima notte. Grazie

The Hotel is not old style, but a PALLADIAN VILLA STYLE of over 200 years !!! It is totally different for those who know Italian art and style !! To confound this, it is derogatory for US and for the most beautiful country in the world: ITALY.
