Dear Anesu,We're sorry you feel this way. However, please note we take breaking of our house rules seriously with 0 tolerance policy. You have passed the front door code and room keys to other people who were not registered with reception and were trespassing compromising the security of our guests and premises which will not be tolerated as the security of our guests is of utmost importance to us.

Atrocious treatment from manager
The host was very unprofessional belittling guest treating us like kids. All he wanted was our money and didn’t care about our comfort

Dear Guest, We are trading in this market from near 20 yeras and never treat our guest as a kids. House rules are principals for guest and staff safety and overall property as well. We cannot accept no respect to these rules specially if you confirm booking term & conditions.Single room is for one person only!

Great stay
We stayed for two nights the hotel was clean and the breakfast was cooked to order. The gentleman who served us was king and very polite. If I was coming back to Nottingham I would definitely stay again.

Short and Comfortable.
I had to check in at midnight and was nervous there wouldn't be any service available but I was received well regardless of the inconvenient hours. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very warm and professional.

Good location, just a short walk from Beeston Station. Building is old and a little run down outside, but is well maintained inside. Stairs were a bit steep (no lift). Room was small but fine for one person and was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Very good value overall

A good value hotel
The hotel was clean and tidy and the proprieter welcoming and friendly. Excellent value, the only issue was that the attic room was stupidly hot. The hotel did provide a fan though and they can't help the weather. Breakfast was decent too. Thank you

Great VFM
Extremely happy with my stay considering the price paid for an ensuite single room with free parking. Rooms were basic but clean and had everything you need. There might not be much flexibility on check-in & breakfast times, but the hotel is run by a couple so I guess they do need some time off - also when I phoned the owner he was helpful and happy to let me leave my car the morning I arrived, before returning to check in later. Would definitely stay again at these prices.

Very pleasant stay. Easy travel into Nottingham , just 5 minutes by train. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent , would recommend 👍

Three hundred yards from Beeston railway station. Regular trains to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. Excellent pubs in Beeston. Comfortable bed friendly staff. Enjoyed my four night stay. Highly recommened.

Extremely poor quality of service
worst customer service, tge manager was so horrible. i got to the hotel earlier than check-in time he refused to let me into the reception. I stayed in my car for 7 hours. At a point i wated to use the toilet i begged him. he made me had a wee inside my car. It was raining heavily this guy is evil, people like him are not good for hospitality business. the whole 3 night i spent in there my room was not cleaned in a single day. Rubbish hotel they are

Dear guest, I'm sad to read this review.. I'm also super surprised by your words considering all of the services we offer were explained to you over the phone when you rang the day before your arrival (which are also listed on the website when booking). Referring to the phone conversation you were informed that our reception is strictly open from 3pm not 7am as you requested, we are a small family run B&B and cannot offer 24/7 reception service or early check-ins as we also have to clean the premises from the previous night's stays. I would also like to comment on the fact that your room was not cleaned, due to the Covid-19 pandemic we can no longer offer everyday service and we only clean rooms on request during a guests stay (which is explained in the description when booking as well as at the hotel reception and at the entrance), this also prohibits us from allowing people the use of our public toilets to ensure safety of our staff and other guests staying with us. Therefore all I can say is that your comments are unjust and frankly untrue, all of your negative comments could have been avoided if you would only read the description of the property when making your reservation.
