The rooms are assigned automatically by the system, on a first come first serve basis unless otherwise requested. As such, you were given this room by chance.All areas of the hotel are currently being redecorated slowly but surely, so please bare with us until this has been completed.The parking charges are listed both online, in the car park itself and on the sign-in sheet you would have had to sign to receive your room key. This charge has been in action since 2020 and it shouldn't have been a surprise to you.Your comment on staff's appearances were unnecessary and completely inappropriate.
