The fact that this property is listed as a 4 star “upscale” hotel is extremely misleading & false. We had to change our room 3 times, due to either a strong old vacuum smell, mysterious stains on the carpet/walls, & a reddish brown splatter stains (looked like old blood) on the over heading on the window thing. Found curly hair on the last room on the sheets (mine & my husbands hair is naturally straight) but at that point I just gave up. They refused to refund me for the remainder of my stay so I could go somewhere else so we were stuck. This place was so dirty & everything was outdated in terms of appliances/furniture. The pictures posted of this property are a lie. Don’t fall for it like we did.

The property was clean quiet and convenient to many locations. The hot tub was closed on day one of our stay and the staff said it was closed for cleaning when we left on day 5 it was still closed 5 days to clean with caution tape and a cones??? The only other negative was coffee was not available till 7am and was 5$ for general coffee. A complementary morning cup of coffee would be nice starting at 5:30 in the morning when some must get up to continue travel, or have business meetings.

Disappointed that when received final bill I was charged $15.00 for Overnight Self Parking. I don’t recall that was listed anywhere when I made the reservation. Noise from freeway.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a nice stay. This time around, however, the moldy stench in the hallway was unpleasant to say the least. Especially for the price you pay per room you would think the upkeep would be better.

Location is good for our trip, in between LA and OC. Room is large. The building doesn't block noise well so you continously hear the freeway outside. The towels used were not cotton so not absorbing water well.
