"Loved this hotel, had a Double Queen St with Balcony and it was super comfy, clean and pretty. Loved the marble bathroom. Had a bathtub for the kids. The kids loved the pool and they had poolside service (expensive but cool). Beautiful view of the Columbia "

"Everything is great. Not sure what happened that there was no roll of toilet paper on the holder and none elsewhere in the room. No TV remote as well. Reception desk ladies were very helpful, one lady even came up to room to make sure the TV remote given to me was working."

"We had a great stay. Staff was friendly. Pool was extremely cold and hot tub made a loud noise when the jets were on. Did not get the room that was advertised that I paid for. (Selected the room with two queen beds and the couch with extra tv) got a room with only two beds no couch. Also the advertised Paul Mitchel hair products were not what was in our room. I was a little disappointed in the smaller room and was excited to try Paul Mitchel. For $329 I figured we’d get what was advertised. "
