Clean, good breakfast, great amenities, good location, warm pool, staff was great, WiFi was a little spotty, tv reception was ok and slight musty smell when you first enter the room.

Smell in our room was just terrible. Carpet worn and torn. Hair on my washcloth. Toilet seat loose and shifted when you sat down. Common areas fine but the smell in our room was unbearable. Had we not arrived at 11 pm due to late arriving flight we would have left. We passed so many other nicer airport options. STAY AWAY!! They need to gut these rooms. Also need new mattresses!

I didn’t care for the smell that lingered throughout the hotel. The hotel needs some updating to the the rooms. Staff was friendly.

Booked the property for the pool for it to be shut down, tv would play shows with sound but the show wouldn’t be on the screen. When asked for a late checkout because the pool was closed, male at the front desk said they have no way to do late checkouts. Address isn’t correct on here. Took me to another hotel. Hardly any parking and had to park my car away from the hotel out of view from my room. Men smoking weed in the parking lot.

Great stay, the room was clean , shower was a walk in type , had excellent water pressure and was hot. Could have had better cable tv package. The hotel employees were friendly and aswered all my questions courteously. All in all a good stay for the price.

The property definitely needs work. Rug in room was ripped. Furniture needed fixing. The room above me sounded as if a herd of elephants were walking around and could hear the room next to me. So walls and floors are thin. The staff is nice. But i doubt I would stay here again. I come to this area often and know there are better places.

This was perfect for our stay near the airport. There are a few dining options near by, more if you have a car. The staff was great! The breakfast was sufficient. We would stay here again.

Even though the immediate area seemed a little sketchy, this Comfort Inn met our 3-night stay need. Staff was friendly, and the Waffle House next to it was probably not the best but it had good, cheap & fast breakfast. It was not far from the Outlets & I would recommend the Bluewaves gas station next door instead of the Circle K next door. That Circle K was a little sketchy but not the Bluewave. Also if you get a chance, try the Rusty Bull Brewery almost right next door. Now that’s a hidden gem we didn’t expect to find. Food & drinks were delicious in moderately price. Just that alone with the Outlets nearby made it worth our stay.

This was by far the worse condition i could have had at the location. My room as well asother rooms made multiple complaints based on the room above us had what i can only guess was a party and the banging against the floors, drug smell in hall ( i myself went to the room to ask them to please calm down after midnight) and loud yelling. Slaming furniture on floor. I approach front desk with other guest with complaint and nothing was done with the matter. Left hotel at firat chqnce hours later

Great but coffee is terrible
The hotel was a very comfortable hotel especially the mattress and pillows. The only drawback is there their breakfast. Although it's appreciated but I would not serve soggy eggs tastes like sponges. The coffee was atrocious. Looks seems to me like they want to teach her staff how to make coffee.

The staff was helpful and the property is very clean. The room was nice and in good shape. Great value for the price and location. The wifi seemed to be throttled. Easy access to I-26 and lots of places to eat nearby.
