Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. We would have fixed all of those things for you or moved you to a different room. My staff is on site 24 hours a day to help.If I remember correctly we had offered to fix the tv issue for you. I understand that the inconvenience of those things were probably very frustrating.We go above and beyond to make sure our guests have a good experience staying with us and anytime we can fix an issue we do. Greg- We work really hard to make sure that every guest has a good experience staying with us. I was not aware of the toilet issue, the issue with the shower curtain or the issue with the fridge. The cleanliness issue will be addressed with my staff. We take those things very seriously and I can assure you these things will be taken care of immediately. These are all things I would have taken care of immediately if I would have known.
