I booked a one night stay in a single room as I was working near Newquay. Check in staff very friendly and helpful when asked for recommendations, room and bed very comfortable, pool and gym looked very serviceable even though I didn’t use them. Location very good for walking to town and amazing sunsets!

Perfect for our holiday break away to Cornwall. Brilliant location, friendly staff and fab indoor and outdoor pool. Our family room was clean and spacious. Brilliant hotel and excellent value for money.

Very polite and efficient staff . The front desk staff was very helpful for me , as my wheelchair didn’t arrive on our plane and had to be couriered from London. They were very supportive in the arrangements and receipt of it

Always a nice clean hotel but wasn’t impressed with my room this time due to where I was situated right above a roof where all the seagulls and pigeons seem to gather kept me awake most the night with their noise

Cold shower
The shower was cold and breakfast was expensive what you got. Also had noisy neighbours which isn’t the hotels fault but the walls are thin.

Very welcoming check in. All members of staff including receptionist and catering were friendly. Our request to upgrade to sea view room was granted professionally. Room 222 needs some maintenance work the shower and sink hot water tap not functioning properly but managed. Loved the heated water swimming pool. We have stayed at this hotel several times when our daughter was little came back after more than 20 years had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to all.
