Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
Only issue we had was coffee machine wasn't working but had Instant coffee and milk etc

The service we got and the value for money suited our needs. The hotel in general is in need of a spring clean though, especially the radiators on the common areas. The room we had on the ground floor was very clean, commendable to the housekeepers
I had a lovely relaxing stay. Rooms were absolutely spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. I only drink decaff tea and coffee which isnt supplied in the room had to ask at the restaurant for these which is a very minor issue.
Absolutely amazing, peaceful and customer service was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Would love to stay again. Thank you Alan and rest of the team for going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
