As expected the Geordies are very welcoming. Only downsides were; The room. The AC wasn't working but they gave us a fan. My OH thought the bed was too hard. Fab location though and decent breakfast. Recommended!

Excellent location in central Newcastle just 5 mins from the station. Very friendly & helpful staff. Good value and breakfast was included.

I stayed only for one Night and went to see a show at the sage and well the taxi ride wasn't ok nearly took me to the Glass house in Whitley bay not Gateshead but got there eventually but I'll stay here again soon the staff like Derek is funny..

Great location, great staff
Great staff, easy check in, all clean and tidy. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choice even though we went down later. Great location for accessing the city centre and the St James’s Park. Parking next door, easy to get to and easy access back out. Definitely recommended.

Meeting up with old friends
I stayed for a Sunday night with 2 uni friends for our 40 year catch up. Rooms were very comfortable. One of my friends was kept awake by traffic noise but on the other side of the building it was quiet.

Excellent choice for staying in Newcastle
Lovely clean and comfortable room, with excellent free breakfast. Staff were friendly too. The only issue I had was with a slow draining shower - the plughole needed clearing.
