I paid for 5 star service and received 3 star at best. For starters in the room there was only coffee provided but no tea bags. I had to call to ask to get tea brought up to my room and was charged for it as part of room service even though when I called I said that I needed tea and that there was only coffee in the room. What kind of five stat hotel charges their guest for tea that should have already been in the room? In addition, on our check out day I called the front desk to see if they had late check out available as our flight was later in the evening and they said that they were fully booked on a Monday and so our request could not be accommodated. However, my partner and I looked online and they had tons of rooms available. Lastly, as we are rushing to check out by 11am I went to blowdry my hair and the hairdryer was only sending out cold air so my hair was not drying. I called the front desk requesting another dryer that never came. Waited one hour and finally I was able to find a housekeeper in our hallway and asked her to please bring me a hair dryer that worked. The best part was that at check out no one cared to ask how our experience in the hotel was. Will never be back.
