Superb hotel in SOHO district of NY. Great accomodations. Rooftop bar had a nice view of skyline while enjoying a night cap, the restaurant offered a nice menu between breakfast and dinner, and the room was very posh. Definitely great spot for business travelers and/or families to stop in while visiting NY.

My first time in NY and I wanted to stay in this location, and this hotel was so cute & modern. As soon as you walk in it smells so good too! They stored our luggage while we waited for a room and we walked down the street to eat. Such a great location to walk & the rooftop is a vibe. Loved it.

Great view from rooftop bar and view. Convenient location to west village and soho areas and Hudson River walks. Comfortable bed. Facility fee was ridiculous and housekeeping was late and lax. Fragrance overpowering in lobby. Air conditioning was noisy and keurig coffee maker was not restocked and inconvenient to use. No microwave.

Was way too expensive for the type of room we stayed at. I think it’s clear that they don’t get customers so they try to up Charge. That accidental fee should not be per day. Also cleaners should not be snooping in our bags
