We stayed for six nights in May 2024. The location was incredible, just steps away from the Subway, Macy’s and the Empire State Building - which we had a great view of from the 27th floor. The room was fine; clean and with a fairly comfortable bed, a fridge and microwave. There were no plates or cutlery provided, which would have been helpful. The noise from traffic outside was loud but the windows were well sound proofed. The air con worked well, and the bathroom was good. The room was serviced daily and the cleaning staff were really helpful. The reception staff were fantastic, super helpful and well-informed about the area. Overall I’d definitely stay here again - it’s not super cheap but it’s good value for money, and you can’t fault the location.

Room was ok for what it was, though smaller than I'd thought from the listing. The push ad to sign up for their rewards program before accessing free wifi was annoying, as was the lack of options for food in the hotel itself.
