It fits the vibe and history of being in New Orleans, and the French Market District. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

This stay was a disappointment for sure. There was an old refrigerator oitside the door when we arrived, the pool was green, the rv wouldnt work, and the phone didn't work. Lastly, there were roaches in the room. We asked for a refund and left. However, the staff was friendly.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! If you're apprehensive at all about a windowless room, don't even worry about it! The rooms are so charming, and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is working around the clock, and they try their best to insure maximum comfort and quality service! Elysia, girl, thank you for taking care of us, and being so friendly, and inviting! Everyone there is so nice and I honestly didn't want to come back home. Can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful, quaint, yet elegant hotel. Small rooms, but it is New Orleans, and that is common. Property was beautiful with courtyards, outside eating areas and small pool. Very close to attractions like Jackson Square. We especially enjoyed the Cafe for breakfast.

The manager was absolutely amazing. The room itself was adorable, clean and fresh. Great view of the Mississippi River from our room. Easily walkable to most of the locations we had to go to and meet up with tours. Highly recommend!

The rooms was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the courtyard was a perfect refuge after a long day of sightseeing. It was perfectly located near everything but far enough away that there was no crowd noise. Will definitely stay here again

This is an excellent small hotel in the heart of The French Quarter. Everything was walkable and great for sightseeing. We had the petite queen room and it was perfectly fine for our stay and very sweet room. Mini fridge, coffee maker and a large shower with great water pressure. Service and hospitality was outstanding. The outdoor courtyard and small pool was really lovely. Highly recommend!

We went to New Orleans late April and this hotel was perfectly placed. We didn’t want to be next to Burbon St but did want to be close to all the downtown life. This was a wonderful location for us. We did lots of walking and it seemed like the hotel was always close by to where ever we were. Our room did have a strange smell when you first walked in kinda like a perm but nothing that ruined the stay at all. I loved the feel/vibe of the hotel.

The property was an old home that has been remodeled and is simply lovely. We enjoyed the courtyard and the convenience of being able to walk around the French Quarter. We felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would choose this hotel again.

Perfect location and wonderful staff. Easily access to the different trolleys and we can walk to every visiting spots. The best is a coffee shop is right next to the hotel. Love this hotel. Definitely will stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

My room was interior and therefore had no windows, kind of like being in a basement room. But that made it feel safer and it was very quiet, even though in the French Quarter. On the other hand, not another exit in event of fire near the door. But would definately go back to this hotel but will get a room with window. Room very well appointed and housekeeping was great.

Stayed at the FMI for 2nd w/e of NO Jazz Fest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the courtyard and even though located in the FQ, it was fairly quiet. Crescent City Brewery handy for a quick beer and a bite along many other restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Would def stay again

French market inn, is the best location for what we were looking for , it's quaint, and quite, even though so much is going on outside, you have no clue on the inside. The court yard is cooler , and beautiful, just a great spot to relax after a long day of sight seeing, and you get a bit of breeze from the Mississippi. Honestly the best place we have ever stayed. And everyone was very helpful

Really liked this property to Jazzfest. It’s in the Quarter but on the outside which is good as it’s a little quieter. Nice places to eat nearby and walkable everywhere. Patio and little pool in back are great!
