Room was very nice. Staff excellent. Nose was way too loud because of the rowdy tourists. Guess that’s to be expected on that part of Bourbon.

Very Noisy, even on the top floor. They have to give you ear plugs.The music starts at 9am and doesn’t stop till 3am. Very convenient location. You are in the heart of the party zone. Parking would be a horror. Very soft pillows. They only clean every other day. You have to ask for coffee and towels on the day they don’t clean

Our room was very nice and a good size. I fell out on the street, and when I went into the hotel, Kim in security was extremely helpful to me, and she called me the next morning to see if I was ok. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel employees were unfriendly and could care less you were there. Area feels unsafe- homeless and drunk people right outside hotel every day.

Loved the location, pool and pool area amazing. Loved the French doors opening onto our balcony. Breakfasts here were wonderful. Room very clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful historic property in the center of it all! Felt safe and we'll rested throughout. The staff was always friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for sight seeing. We were originally due for a balcony over Bourbon Street but an early check in left us with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and it was perfect! Better even! Great hotel! Will recommend to others and be back there myself.

The Bar staff or bartender was top notch guided us too the spots we wanted to see and made great drinks very nice !!!!!!!!!! 6 stars for him

Wonderful hotel and location in the heart of French Quarter - very loud until 5am but if you are looking to be in the middle of the action - this is your spot!

My sleep was interrupted in the middle of the night by a fire that was happening in the courtyard. The staff was not knowledgeable or considerate during this time. They gave us the Option To evacuate or to just wait after telling other residents that there was no fire at all and there was definitely a fire going on. Safety measures taken were scary and unprofessional and I’m still tired from no sleep from that alarm

We loved that we were on Bourbon Street side. Walkable destinations, very friendly staff, and good security. Our valet attendants were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave great suggestions and directions. My room was spotless. All of the most popular things to do are less than a 10 minute walk.

Great location. Hotel was clean, room was quiet. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Loved valet parking at the hotel.

Refused to refund my money for a night I booked but couldn’t make because I had Covid. They asked me to send a picture of my results and my ID to the manager for proof. After sending them requested items I was STILL denied a refund. Why waste my time then? I will NEVER book or recommend staying there ever again. Terrible customer service.
4 Points has balconies on floors 2 and 3. This includes balconies overlooking Toulouse and Bourbon Street. It is the perfect setup for Mardi Gras.

Only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because the toilet did not flush properly I had to do the most to flush the toilet I told what appeared to be a housekeeper she told me to call down to front desk but the phone was inoperable. RM 229 Terrible plumbing issues. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and in a great spot ! Mrs. Mary at the bar in the morning was such a nice beautiful spirited person ! The front desk staff was awesome ! Wasn’t too noisy I was able to sleep !

We were there for just one night (mardi gras). They helped guide us over the phone how to get to them since so many roads were blocked for parades. They even let us check in early which was so nice. We were not on bourban st. Side which was actually nice because it was quiet when we wanted to sleep. They have it down when it comes to security, we felt very safe there. Oh and Chris the valet manager was awesome. We had our wallet stolen on the street and didnt have our receipt but didnt need it...he remembered our names and car :) staying again end of april for jazz fest and cant wait!
