I have stayed in residences before: these were the best. Beds were comfortable, fridge and microwave were available. There is no elevator, so if you don’t want to carry a suitcase up three flights, request ground floor!

Great place to stay for a few days if you are visiting the area. My wife and I came to hike the West Coast Trail and this was the perfect spot to stop before and after the adventure. Building doesn't have A/C, but this is a minor detail considering all the memories that brought back to us from our University years 😀

We are senior people . there is no elevator and very narrow stair, It is a very hard work bring our laggage to 3rd floor.and no air ventilation system.no air conditioner. Like stay in a closed box, It was a nightmare.

We are very sorry to hear your stay with us was not up to your expectations. We try to our best to inform guests of the rooms and what is provided. We do mention in our Expedia description and in a message to guests before they arrive that there is no elevator or air conditioning. We are very sorry we did not get the chance to try to change the floor you were booked on. If we had been informed we may have been able to accommodate you on the first floor. We hope you will try our facility again in the future, and again we are very sorry you were uncomfortable and had trouble with the room location.

What I liked: great value, amazing view of the ocean and mountains, free hot breakfast, shared kitchen to prepare and store food, secure storage area for my bike, free parking. What I disliked: the bunk bed.
