No Comment. I wanted a refund but Hotel said that since we booked thru a 3rd party, they could not refund us the room cost. This will be the last time I book thru 3rd party because I have no recourse if property is poor1 Very unfair. I want a refund!!!

Not really a condo - it’s a hotel room. The facility is large, crowded and noisy. Our room was clean, but dated and tired looking. There is a mini kitchen with a sink, mini fridge and microwave, plus a small table with 2 chairs. There is a coffee maker with very minimal supplies and only 2 paper cups. the TV is too small. In the bathroom again the minimum possible supplies - a small bar of soap and very small shampoo etc provisions. The bed linens were clean, but oddly stiff and synthetic. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I live in SC and my brother flew in to MB airport for this trip. Our first time visiting MB. It's always a bit unnerving booking online sight unseen. As soon as we entered the neighborhood we were relieved and impressed. Our overall impression continued to grow until it very quickly surpassed our expectations - particularly for the price! We rented the 2 bedroom condo and didn't want to leave! It was well appointed with just about everything you'd need in your home away from home ... Anything that wasn't included was available nearby Kroger, Publix, Walmart... And every type of cuisine your heart could desire. The grounds were steadily being cleaned and the crew members we encountered ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. We didn't turn the TVs on until the 2nd day and they weren't connected to wifi (or something idk remember what exactly). A quick call to front desk and Lakense was at our door a few minutes later. He quickly fixed the issue, answered other questions we had all with a helpful and thorough reply. Super professional folks who take hospitality seriously. Epic views!!!

everything was good. The room was not truly Ocean Front. One had to bend his neck from the edge of the balcony to see the ocean. There are not enough restaurant choices on the premises.

It wasn't what we expected for a condo. No real kitchen, mini fridge, no dishes or cups etc. No stove. A hotel would of been a better choice plus there were 53 dollars a day extra fees not mentioned when booked.

Check-in staff was incredibly nice and efficient. Even though it states you have to check in at a different location it is still connected and parking is a very short walk. Room was excellent! Though it was the off season there was live music that was very entertaining.

...Our neighbors toilet waste came through our kitchen sink.. It was horrible. We had to open our cold balcony door to air out the room.

I always enjoy the Royal Palms Resort on Kingston Plantation. This is my 2nd visit in less than 8 weeks. Jeanine and Shonda always take good care of me & my family when we visit. The area is well kept and clean. This is my new "getaway" spot!

False advertising
Confirmed with everyone that it was ocean front and all said yes got there and balcony was facing adjoining buildings. Had to go out on balcony turn to the left just to see ocean. Feels like a scam honestly

Spacious room and clean room when checking in, but the room was not fully stock with items like extra towers and toiletries like tissue and soap like most resorts so was disappointed with Hilton, but work it out with Housekeeping manager so I would stay here again in the future

I loved the actual upgraded room because it was an oceanfront experience. The room & facilities was very clean. I enjoyed the grounds, and amenities. I plan to come back again. I didn't like the a la cart experience with billing. They charge a resort fee and taxes for everything and they charge your card each time which causes issue with most banking institution.
