"I loved the fact that we were right on the ocean. My biggest complaint was that I had booked 2 rooms. The room for my mom was recently renovated and looked amazing. The room my husband and I had was in desperate need of a renovation. My other complaint was with the cleaning staff. Our cups and coffee were never restocked each day. And towels were not picked up everyday."

"My family and I have been staying here for 20 years. It use to be in worse shape than it is now we stay here at least once a month sometimes more I’ve even booked a room two years ago for 20 some days in November I take my own cleaning stuff and my own bed cover my own trash bags even my own pans it’s like home away from home for us. I’ve stayed other places, but we definitely love Polynesian, especially in the winter months."
