"The hotel was undergoing some renovations/there were some areas under construction. Clean rooms, parking is across the street, small clean pool and lazy river pool, check in was quick and easy."

"My family and I have been staying here for 20 years. It use to be in worse shape than it is now we stay here at least once a month sometimes more I’ve even booked a room two years ago for 20 some days in November I take my own cleaning stuff and my own bed cover my own trash bags even my own pans it’s like home away from home for us. I’ve stayed other places, but we definitely love Polynesian, especially in the winter months."

"The location was great. The pools were great. Our room was clean but had a musty smell. We liked the living room area and balcony. Neighbors were super loud."

"Rooms are very dated and need to be updated, the sheets on the bed were scratchy and uncomfortable. The smell of marijuana was prevalent throughout the whole stay, the air conditioning kept cycling on (very cold and the brought the mamajuana smell into the room ) and off (very warm making sleeping almost impossible pulling the covers on and off constantly) The free lunch at windows restaurant was horrible and we ending up throwing it out and going to another restaurant. The elevators smelt like vomit and complaints to the front desk seemed to go unanswered. The beach was the only bright spot it is beautiful."

"Elevators were many times not working. It takes some walking to get to the water park. Some iffy characters. But overall decent place with good beach access and decent pools, fun water park."

"The room was a construction by us I ask to go cross the street to the pool. my mistake. I did not book a room by the ocean, but I asked for an upgrade said that they didn’t have no vacancy but every day I sit and look p the vacancy sign was up. Promise me that I did not book a room by the ocean, but I asked for an upgrade said that they didn’t have no vacancy but every day I sit and look the vacancy sign was up. Promise me that I could’ve upgrade for $40. They said the room was gone they don’t know nothing but tell lies. The chair in our room was full of sand it all over my legs and my clothes and I sit in it. Elevator broke down had to walk down the flight stairs. Everything wasn’t like I expected to be. This was a nightmare to me. I have stayed in better places and I expect when I pay my money to have a nice place like I leave at home. Will not come there again. And was not clean…"
