I usually stay at your hotels, and although typically I am happy, with this stay I was not. I never "write reviews."
*the room was dingy
*the carpets needed to be cleaned
*there was sand on carpet (we had not gone to beach yet)
*the TV frame and base was cracked, broken, and had a line running down side of picture when watching
*the remote control batteries were dying so you had to stand in front of it to change channel
*the showerhead was half clogged
*the vent above the shower on the wall was dirty
*the shower was not cleaned well
*one of the bath towels had toothpaste on it (from a previous guest)
*the bed closest to the bathroom was not changed after the last guest (the bed was made with the sheet sideways, a maid wouldnt do that)
*the tissue box had about 5 tissues left in it
*the toilet paper roll was almost empty
*there was only one cup and set up in the coffee maker
*the ac/heater needs filter cleaned
*the woman in the breakfast area was rude, it was 9:58 and she had partially shut one of the doors going into the food and juice area, but the other was open and so I was going to refill my juice and she wouldn't let me in the room, she said "I'm closed", and I said I just wanted to refill my juice, we were the only ones in the dining area still I was waiting on my friend to finish. she shut the door.
why I didn't complain then and request a new room, there was a ball team staying there and I overheard someone at check-in say they were fully booked.
