When you go on vacation, your vacation you’re not supposed to wait on yourself. People at the front desk were not friendly at all very rude. You go downstairs by the food. You have to go to the cash register order your food. The bartender was friendly. They bring you your food For the money you pay. It’s not worth it.

The variety of amenities is excellent as is access to the beach. The staff was helpful as well. Our entire party ended the trip with respiratory based illness from the AC unit. The last night of our stay we slept with the balcony door cracked and the AC off. This helped all of us significantly.

Wonderful resort!! My wife and I spent the week at Coral Beach (5/11 - 5/16). We couldn’t have been more pleased with the atmosphere and accommodations. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The beds could be more comfortable and the pillows. No free breakfast which is a bummer:( but Ihop and Dennys down the street. Great place for swimming and relax on the beach. Dj and karaoke everyday! :)

Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff. Seth, The bartender on the 6th floor bar was amazing! Bike week made it a bit loud at times but overall a nice visit.

The rooms were clean. But the staff around 4 o'clock where rude and short. Do not use a third party if your going to stay here! And have a ridiculous $250 deposit. It was more than my room was! This wasn't 5 star or anything like it!

The temperature in the room was horrible. The room next to us was loud and woke us up early with loud music. They do not allow late check out and were forceful about us leaving. They were really rude to us. I won’t ever stay there again.

Property was clean. Really liked the key access for everything, really felt secure walking around the resort. We had a problem with the phones in the suite not working, could not call front desk or room service, but when I reported the problem a work ticket was put in and the problem was resolved swiftly.

Property overall was good. Staff was very friendly. Great beach but overpriced chair rental at $50 a day. They do lack in dining options. Should have something besides burgers and fries etc. our bathtub and sink kept backing up every couple days, had to call maintenance to come clean out the grossness. If we visit Myrtle beach again, we will probably try a different property.

Great stay for toddlers. The kitchenette was worth it because my toddlers don’t eat restaurant food often. No ramp for wagons for all of our kid stuff to the beach.

Just stayed here for 5 nights while vacationing in Myrtle and we LOVED it! The resort itself had so much to do we really didn’t even need to leave. We spent so much time going between the beach and all the pools and my kids loved the children’s splash park.
