Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. There isn't much around the hotel, but it's quiet and safe, 20 minute drive to the city center.

The room and hotel were average. The air conditioner was extremely weak and the room was extremely hot. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The bartender OMR was the absolute best. Very engaging, friendly courteous and attentive. He provided my wife and I with a list of sites and restaurants that we absolutely loved. He is a 5 star staff. Greatest bartender in the world!

This hotel was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we left we had 5 star service. Friendly, kind, helpful with directions and local amenities.

Good stay, definitely will consider again
the hotel was good. I only stayed one night as I was just passing through but it was a pleasing experience, the breakfast was great and the service was great as well. We had no issues during this one night stay

I booked the hotel, unexpectedly, for an additional night because my flight got canceled near midnight. During the booking process on the app, somewhere in fine print it must have said that check in ends at midnight (strange in itself, but not the point here). Since it would take at least an hour to get from Munich airport to the hotel, I tried to call the hotel directly AT LEAST 10 times to make sure I would be able to check in. They DID NOT pick up the phone even once. I called Hotels.com customer service and all they could say is along the lines of “we’ve left the hotel a message, nothing else we can do, so good luck”. When I got there, they checked me in without any questions at about 12:30am. Unnecessary stress created by an apparently incorrect condition (check in only until midnight) on the app. That aside, my stay was fine. The service was lackluster. Breakfast was very good.

Cleaning staff was very thorough. Breakfast price was too expensive. Difficult to access from the airport. A shuttle would be so.... helpful. Front desk staff should be able to assist travelers who speak English.

Maybe still because of Covid, there was no laundry service. Plenty quiet for rest. Took us a whole day to figure out the S/U/H transportation system to get to this hotel. Probably next time I would save the aggravation and spend the fortune to take a taxi from the airport. An airport shuttle would be great! My conference was at this hotel otherwise would not use for a vacation to Munich.

Clean and modern room. Was a 15 minute walk to the S Bahn which wasn’t great. The shower water temperature changed nonstop which was very annoying.

Good for short business stop over
Not bad hotel, room was ok, nice to have a kettle and a fridge. Also & Lidl within walking distance. Sauna & fitness room hidden away in basement. Good burger & beer served in the bar. Bus stop close & U-Bahn about 20 minute walk.

Good hotel
Located a bit remoted area from city Center but if you have a car it takes about 15 mins to get there. Bed was good. Breakfast was normal. Big supermarket is 5 min away by car.

The Manager was extremely nice and friendly
Excellent experience, our room had a defective regulator and safe which was not working. The manager was very nice to have upgraded us to the suite because of this issue with our room. Nice peaceful location and very well connected to the city

Very pleasant business hotel. Not for tourists as it is a bit far from the Ubahn. Internet connection is very poor in many rooms.

Very poor check-in, difficulty locating our reservation, housekeeping was lacking in providing fres.
I have stayed at this hotel chain before in Tokyo and it was a most pleasant experience which is why I thought that it would be a good choice, but alas not even close comparison in Munich.

Good location for Messe and Friendly Staff
The hotel was comfortable and convienent to the Messe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Hodir at reception.

Great hotel
This is maybe my 7 times I stayed in this hotels. It is great hotel and value for money. I wish there are some complenteray upgrade or free breakfast for loyal guests.

A little too far away from everything
Stayed here during Oktoberfest mainly due to almost everything closer to the city being full. It's pretty out of the way and a good 10-15 min walk through a pretty dark park to get to the train. We booked a queen bed for the room, but after getting to our room we found 2 single beds. Back down to reception to ask for the right room - we were told by reception that sometimes large group bookings get the bigger rooms. But we eventually were given the room we paid for in the first place. The air conditioning didn't work at all while we were there so we had to have the window open to give the room some air. Our keycard died every single day we were there, so each night we would have to go back to reception to get it sorted. WiFi was a bit slow and unreliable. The breakfast buffet was really tasty though!

Incredibly noisy hotel! You cannot get in sleep!
I were awaken around 10pm and am forced to be awaken till now - 11:30pm, because there is a "wedding dinner" in the hotel with very loud nightclub-like music on! The reception does not want to help to solve the issue at all! Also the reception refused our request to call a police! After a whole day tour in the city, it is very crucial to get enough sleep to continue tomorrow's trip. Unfortunately, we paid the service in 4 months advance, but cannot get it now! I'm really shocked on what the hotel is doing and will not allow this hotel's brand in my future travel list! Here is for sharing and for your own consideration: if you want a sleep when you need it or just lie on bed and is forced to listen to the club noise.

When checking in, I was told about the breakfast information in a way that let me thought I have purchased (only tell me the time of breakfast, not telling me that my room does not have breakfast included), which turns out I have not when I go to the breakfast place. The hotel in located in a place where basically nothing nearby, so one have to prepare for next day's breakfast or otherwise only have breakfast there, or do not eat in the morning at all. As for the service, it was quite bad for a hotel with such a high satisfaction rate. The attitude of waiters and waitresses weren't good, and my suggestion for the hotel is that consider upgrade the management system so that internal communication can actually reach each other, and train the staff better so that necessary information and nicer attitude is provided.

Nice hotel, not bad location, takes about half an hour to the centre of Munich. could not fault the staff, very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good, but the price i think is a little bit steep. Overall would stay and recommend this hotel.

The check in was quick and easy. When we arrived at our room we immediately noticed that the walls between rooms are very thin, we could hear the tv from next door clearly as well as parts of their conversation. There was also a lot of noise coming off the street which we could hear all night long. In the early morning I flushed the toilet, 50 minutes later it had not stopped flushing. I had tried ringing down to reception a few times with no avail so got dressed and went down to report it and get it fixed. When I went down I was told that the phone in the room was broken and that they would sent maintenance up to fix the flush. When we checked out an hour and a half later (as we could not sleep) no one had been. They were at no point apologetic nor remorseful about the situation and couldn't seem to care less.

Lovely Upgrade
We stayed here on our honeymoon to Europe for one night. They upgraded us to a large suite which included huge basket of fruit as a welcome gift. The room was very clean, and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Sadly, the two airconditioners in the room were unable to beat the 100 degree heat outside, and our room stayed cooled to only 80 Degree. (I'm pretty sure only one of them worked). We did not pay for breakfast (high rate per person) and left the next morning to find cheaper food on the streets of Munich. The location of this hotel is quite far from the city center, but they did offer free parking for us.
