Comfortable, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated room. Secure, convenient underground parking for which, strangely, the hotel charges 10€ extra / night.

Everything ok. Maybe change breakfast menu every other day. Bathroom gets flooded after shower since it doesn’t have full shower doors. Very friendly staff specially Anelyn.

Convenient and friendly
During oktoberfest so hard to find accommodation. This hotel was very good and close to the bus which made traveling into city easy. The staff were excellent. It was hard to access the top bunk as it was so close to the wall and one day after cleaning our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise excellent. Great selection at breakfast

The hotel was as expected. Staff was helpful once you engaged with them. Limited service hotels are always difficult to review. One staff member went above the call of duty. One morning I asked the man who seems to manage the Resturant area if he expected them to replenish the bread. He said yes. Minutes later another Resturant staffer came to our table with the whole bread basket. It was a nice surprise. With it being a self serve buffet you don’t get table service.

The concierge was busy because dealing with front desk and bar. The bathroom was not easy to take shower. was missing body lotion and hair conditioner, fan was not working they never came to fix it. In room was missing note paper+pen, watch and tissue.

Confortável mas ruim de logística.
O quarto é bem amplo, bonito e confortável. O café da manhã é bom. A logística é um ponto fraco porque cobra caro pelo estacionamento, não há muitas vagas disponíveis de estacionamento na rua e está longe da estação de trem, tram ou metrô. Estacionar o carro na rua pode ser uma tarefa difícil, especialmente se você chegar à noite, pois ficam parados muitos ônibus e vans de turismo. Apesar de não ser longe do centro o hotel fica distante de alguma estação de trem, tram ou metrô. Há apenas 2 linhas de ônibus que passam próximo. Nos 3 dias que fiquei no hotel a internet não funcionou bem. Caía muitas vezes. No geral foi um bom custo x benefício, mas não excelente.

We stayed here for two days in August 2019, Good experience!. Room was good (not very new or modern but OK), breakfast was decent, little walk required to catch a bus. Service was good, they arranged a room for getting freshen-up in the evening after the check-out for a very nominal price.

Nice, fancy and cosy room. We enjoyed our stay. We are family of 3 and the triple room we stayed is huge!!! Only 10 minutes drive to the city and very cheap taxi fare. We don't have to commute which very handy..

Happy with accommodation
Lack of little things like coffee maker, safe, extra glasses in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bit away from center, but easy to reach via public transport (short bus ride then underground. Overall very positive.

Good enough for business trip to convention center
OVERALL: Good enough, would stay here again. PROS: Located in a cluster of hotels a few miles from the Munich Convention Center. The area is generally safe and pleasant, and I did find two pretty good restaurants within walking distance, one Italian, one Greek. Breakfast had breads, cereals, fruit, coffee, cold meats, and hard-boiled eggs (no other eggs) and you can sit in the courtyard to eat and enjoy the fresh air. Room did look like the photos, with the lit-up cloud around the bed, etc. Friendly staff. CONS: There's nothing within walking distance you'd want to see as a tourist, just buildings and neighborhoods. Also, you won't find an iron in the room; to iron something, you'll have to take it downstairs, get a token at the front desk, walk to the attached hotel next door, show your token at their front desk, and be directed (in my case very rudely) to their "ironing room" to do your ironing (yes, really). And I'm puzzled by how every European hotel I've tried has a shower enclosure that only covers half the stall, letting the shower water run all over the bathroom floor, as you try desperately to huddle on the covered side. But those are relatively minor "cons."

If you desire air conditioning, don't say here.
We purposely chose this property because Hotels.com and the hotel web site indicated air conditioning. It did not have air conditioning. It had some kind of funky "ventilation" system totally ineffective for the warm German summer being experienced. Very deceitful advertising.

We made a reservation in this hotel because in its corporate website mentioned it had air conditioning. Once we got there we were told they have air circulation system instead which by the way was not working in our room, temperature in Munich was 34 Celsius that day. We got to the room and it was a sauna, they couldn't change us to a different room, I had to call Expedia customer service and luckily after more than 3 hours they magically found an empty room with a working air circulation system. They gave us a drinks voucher and free parking, but the manager insisted that they do have air conditioning. We shortened our stay and look for a different hotel for the next night.

All good except a bit of a trek to a local shop. Decent staff, nice family room, kids bunks a bit tightly packed in but i would defo stay again if i needed to be in the area.
