Good value for money
Staff very polite and friendly. The barman was brilliant and made sure we were looked after. Breakfast included was a nice feature and the variety and quality of food was good. Corridors and rooms a bit tired and in need of carpet replacement and a lick of paint on the walls (too dark for such a great looking building. No duvet cover and no mattress protector what should be there as a standard but overall didn’t impact on our stay and we will for sure stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect Service! Amazing Stay
From the moment we contacted the hotel around an hour away saying we were hungry would they be able to help, we knew we were in for a treat of a stay. When we arrived, it was around 2130cet, so their restaurant was closed, however had bar snacks which was not what we wanted as we were in Italy and would like a pizza. Rebecca immediately pulled out a takeaway menu for a pizzeria just up the road, asked what we wanted and rang through placing the order. It seemed she had a little issue but this didn't stop her from ordering what we wanted. While we waited we enjoyed a large glass of red wine, and an Italian larger served with a smile by Kevin. We had a good chat with them about the nature of our visit (our honeymoon). Shortly after this chat, Rebecca came up to us offering a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon. Kevin then sked what we would like off the menu. Pizza then arrived hot and fresh, which we then went up to the room with our prosecco to enjoy! When we got to the room, we noticed our air conditioning was quite loud, we went down to let them know at reception which Rebecca had someone come and take a look. Someone came up to try and turn it off at the mains, this didn't stop it but ear plugs saved the night for my wife. Curtains were very good at blocking light and noise! We had a good nights sleep, showered in the morning, toiletries were not enough as these were small sachets. Shower leaks through the doors as they don't met. We then went down to an a

- The area is very quiet, it is good if you want to relax . -the breakfast is very good. - the staff are very helpful. - as a solo, the location is ok for me, but for a family using public transportation it would be bit difficult to move, it is 10 - 15 mins away ( walking )from the train station Mozzate .

Decent Hotel. Avoid restaurant.
Check in was easy and fast. Friendly staff. Please avoid the restaurant though. The set Menu for 24€ made me wish there was a McDonalds close by. Get a sandwich somewhere.

Busloads of tourists very noisy atmosphere
Firstly, this hotel is situated in an industrial estate - so not very nice surroundings. There were lots of short comings in the room, needs painting, bathroom shelves missing and just holes in the wall. We had a Jacuzzi bath which was not functioning because of low water pressure as well as broken controls. It was reported and they attempted a fix but did not succeed. The water pressure and the temperature was suspect in a relatively small shower. I did not supply any photos as it does not really show the problems clearly.

This is not an exaggeration, this was the worst stay of my life. 4 star?!?!?! Is that a joke? The was bloodstain the toilet, mold on the wall in the shower and the bed linens were dirty with black stains. We had bed bugs bite both of us that night. The hotel receptionist just gave us the key as soon as we checked in and just left. No info about where the elevators were, breakfast etc. Nothing good to say about this nasty 2 star hotel.

The hotel looked fairly new so everything was very neat and presentable. The breakfast was amazing, but the elevator was a little slow, lol. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet peaceful hotel. 10 minute walk to train station and train direct into Milan in 30 minutes. (€3.60 per person on train) Breakfast was amazing and staff were so pleasant. Room was lovely and warm for November and bed was really comfortable. Lots of free parking. Loved our stay.

Very disappointed about the hotel policies, in all our reservations with expedia we did 2 persons, unfortunately this one was made for one person because of a quick reservation, but the room and bedroom was big enough for two, as I checked my wife in, they told me that if she was going to stay we should pay 25 euros more, unbelievable.

High quality well priced hotel.
Needed a hotel close to the Milan airport with free parking. Stayed for one night. Pleasant stay. Had a buffet breakfast which included home made cakes and even jams. Over 200 Sky channels on the TV which could be views in many languages. great having coffee facilities in room.

The room was enough big We have a lot of space. The bathroom was big and clean. The receptionist was kind and professional. Very good breakfast,spacious parking... Good value for money.BUT, after check out (17.7.2018) I paid a total cost for 10 nights although they took a deposit 55 euro already (23.6.2018). They didn't back a deposit to my account until now, even didn't respond to my message related with this.

Simple but comfortable.
The Hotel was basic but had everything we needed, appeared part way through some improvements in places but we had a very comfortable night. Highlight though was the food though, evening meal was delicious and freshly prepared, breakfast was a fabulous selection of homemade cakes and jams supplemented with fruit, bread meat and cheese, so many choices. Staff were very courteous and helpful. If you need a well.proced stay for a few days you won't go far wrong.

Fantastic restaurant, fantastic stuffs but middle of nowhere. 40 min away from Milan cadorna station (train runs one in every hour) Lake Como & Lugano are over hour away ... but on the brighter side restaurant is excellent, €20pp for essentially two main meals with water coffee included and stuffs are very helpful. Rooms are clean. However, if time is essential factor of your trip then try to find hotel nearby Milan or como or in Lugano.

Good value close to trains
It is because of the staff that I would recommend this hotel. Overall, it was decent value for the price - but what we really noticed and valued was the amazing service by the staff. They were extremely pleasant, helpful, and actually wanting to help!

Excellent hotel with bidet !!!
The hotel is close by car to malpensa airport. You need a car to reach this hotel. Is located in a small town. The room and the bad room are with American size. An the most important they have bidet. Is not a question of status is a question of hygiene. Every single house in Argentina has a bidet so i start missing it. The bed are American style. ( king size ). At the town are only a couple of pizzeria and a Asia cousine resto. We stop there and was very good. 1 km from the hotel.

Really good restaurant and hotel!
Booked this last minute on a road trip down through Italy. The price was great and the rooms clean with everything you need. One major plus was the restaurant which has fantastic food. Everything ordered was made with care and attention and very high-quality ingredients. Food is one of the big reasons you come to Italy so this is very high on my list! :-) The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed due to family being close by. Breakfast was average, when asked for more scrambled eggs they bought out refrigerated scrambled eggs...disappointing - as a guest having to pay for using the gym. the extra bed we asked for was very small, no good for extra young adults traveling with you and yet you have paid pay for the bed!!

Very low cost, serviceable hotel
This is a long-term stay hotel for business travelers. Very reasonably priced. But the town and area have nothing to see. And the condition of the hotel interior needs work. The staff were very nice. It was very noisy--right next to busy roads, and the air conditioning did not seem to work. The windows, while very pretty from the outside, did not work well. It was hard to get them to stay open. Room needed a fresh coat of paint.
