I brought my mom and grandma to the beach for Mother’s Day. We had a really fun time! We really loved hanging at the pool and we loved the breakfast.

The room was "damp" the bedding felt damp. The air conditioning unit could not be adjusted/ wasn't working properly. There was no one at the desk most of the time. They would put up a sign that said "we are assisting others sorry for the delay". The rooms were noisy you could hear people talking in the hallways day and night.

Have stayed here 2x. Great location, price and staff. Could use a little more cleaning on exterior, entry way and elevator. Great hot breakfast! Our tub had a handicap grab bar that had been pulled out of the wall. It was fixed but there was a big crack on the wall from it! Would definitely stay here again!

We initially got to our room, there was a terrible smell. We were in a rush, so we came back 2 hours later. The room was still smelly. We went to the front desk staff and she stated that we would need to call Expedia for refund. Expedia told me that they would have to issue refund. Overall, my Expedia agent was excellent, assisted us with getting a refund and we went to a different hotel. Still awaiting the refund.

We had to wait about 15 min to check in because no one was at the front desk. At one point there were 3 groups of customers waiting to check in. Next, we never could get the free wifi to work at all. After consulting the front desk staff, they gave us the number for a help desk to solve the problem. By then, it was not worth the effort. On the positive side, the room was large, clean and everything worked. Will not be staying there again!!

This was one of the most disappointing hotels I have ever experienced. First, the room was advertised as sleeping 6. 1 King Bed and 2 bunk beds. I called to get clarification on whether the room did indeed have 2 bunk buds, the gentleman I spoke with did not speak English well but confirmed the room slept 6. We arrived at 11pm after a 12 hour drive and discovered the room only had 1 bunk bed and 1 King bed- which would sleep 4 people. Front desk was not any help and said there were no other rooms, I would have just rented a 2nd room or 2 rooms at a different property. There were no cots or extra blankets and pillows available. 2 adults, a teen and child had to sleep in the King bed. It was an awful night. To top it off the room smelled like cigarettes and the shower had mold in it. I asked for the manager to contact me, but never received a call.

Dry nicely decorated hotel with many positives features but I was very disappointed wghen we came back after a day at MUSC to find the room was not made up. We needed clean towels which they had at the registration desk. It would have been nice if the bed was made after a tiring stressful day.

Great stop on our trip!
Great location, service and cleanliness. I liked the walk in shower. The soap provided in the shower. Great room layout with wall mounted television. It was very quiet for our stay and notes were posted for that to be a priority. Top it off with a hot breakfast. If we are in the area we will stay here again. Thank you to the hardworking staff!

Young lady at checkin was nice and welcoming. She informed us all we needed to know. Room layout and bedding great and impressive. The down side: (room 110) bathroom needs detail work: tub with mold, wall by tub damaged, floor dirty. Breakfast lady not friendly at all. She sat down by entrance of breakfast area with her phone on hand, not professional at all. Finally we killed a roach in the bathroom.

Pleasant Stay
Close location to downtown, ~15 minutes without traffic. The stay was fine, comfy and spacious rooms. The walls are thin however and condition of carpeting was subpar. For the price relative to other accommodation, I shouldn't complain.

The lady at the check in was very nice. The hotel is located in a nice place with plenty of dining options and shopping. Mt Pleasant is a nice town very close to Charleston. Breakfast very good

Our Charleston go to place to stay
This has been our go to place to stay when we visit the Charleston area. The beds are comfortable. The blackout shades are awesome for sleeping without street lights or sunlight shining through. The breakfast is always good and you can't beat free coffee.
