Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. "Great location- I parked once & walked everywhere. Just a few short blocks to downtown, & then on to the Presidio, the wharf, & Cannery Row. Room was older but clean. Breakfast was as advertised. The only thing I would want changed is the shower. Water was hot, but not very strong."
