"A low-rise hotel within short trolley-bus ride from city centre. The twin room was fine, with good air-conditioning and a fridge. Although the hotel is close to a busy road, the room was very quiet even with the window open. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The included breakfast was described as "continental" but had some cooked-to-order items available and ample choice. Not sure about public transport options in the area and didn't try the hotel restaurant either. "I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time."
