Clean. modern. good food at restaurant. Great service.
On the negative side: One elevator was not working the whole week. This led to much load on the other elevators and long waiting times.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Room large and comfortable. Restaurant meal we had was perfect. Easy to get to and from town on tram route 12.

Very nice facility with friendly staff and very clean rooms. It was very well maintained and they were helpful in helping us navigate the city. The breakfast was very good and the had a lot of varieties of food to choose from. Our dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the service was outstanding.

Room wasn’t spacious enough for 3 people , service was disappointing , breakfast was the same always with few options and room lightings was awful we could barely see each other . I won’t certainly go back there

Enjoyed my stay. The staff are really helpful and will try to accommodate all requests. Although the hotel is located away from Central, transportation routes are easily accessible. Can’t fault the hotel overall.

No bathrobes or slippers as I’ve had at every other Radisson Blu coffee sachets not replenished
