The property is in the middle of no where. we arrived late and had nothing to drink. no coffee on the table or water to drink and the vending machine only avcepts local coins. bed were very uncomfortable, pillows were hard and big, room was so cold.

Double booking not corrected and no help given. Manager sent us a code for the building and our room day before. Booking was confirmed and paid for. When we got there a family of four was in our room!!! They had a different code. Their code and ours both unlocked the same room. We had no place to stay and manager blamed Expedia but she was the person who sent the codes and set up this terrible situation. We had to find a hotel by ourselves in a sold out town. Room we found at last at 9:30 pm was extremely expensive. Manager said she talked to Expedia and that Expedia would provide a room. Expedia did not call until 11:30 pm local time. We had booked Pasta Malpensa weeks in advance and had a confirmation code and entry codes. Terrible experience and totally unacceptable unsafe situation.

Good and large room. Just the entrance was not so easy to find (it's on the side of the building, not on the main street adress of the building)

As I have already sent 4 times to yourselves ‘it was disgraceful ‘ . I have already stated to the owner and Hotel.com that I want all my money returned for such a shabby premises, no service and awful owner ! I hope you will reply to me in a personal phone call or email , I will not use Hotel.com again if I do not get satisfaction from yourselves

My flight was much delayed and the taxis were on strike when I finally landed. But the owner was responsive on WhatsApp in the middle of the night and even offered to pick me up at the airport! Amazing service! Highly recommended!

Struttura molto comoda situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Gallarate. Non dispone di reception ma si può entrare ed uscire facilmente con un codice. Camere molto grandi e riscaldate.

I check in by 7pm n room was warm, went out for dinner n room was cold. They turned off the whole building heaters, So I did not sleep at all, at midnight I called their number provided but operator could not do anything. I told her that I wanted to cancel n get my refund. She said the company will refund me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE bc I have to take an international flight this morning n very exhausted.

Spiacenti, ma la camera era caldissima al suo arrivo (ore 19) come può essere diventata gelida alle 24 quando la temperatura esterna è ancora mite?? una persona dello staff l'ha accompagnata in camera e come sempre tutto era a posto e caldo. grazie comunque
