Hotel was quite nice. Staff kind. Rooms with good beds and quiet in inside. Good breakfast buffet. But in the area of the hotel, nearly nothing to do and see. Only shopping and a few restaurants.

Decent hotel, didn’t arrive until late and left quite early. Breakfast was nice with good service. Not sure what the local area is like, but looked like there were a few restaurants and shops etc near bye

Very nice hotel, very nice staff. Restaurant was closed ut there are some great restaurants close by. Booked because of the spa so I use the pool and sauna. Turned out there is a €25 fee paid locally but not transparent in advance or mentioned on the website that I could see.

Avoid at all costs!
Terrible experience. The hotel is situated on a very busy road which never stops. The rooms are noisy as a result--bad sleep had! The spa is only open 10 til 5. Tiny and basic gym. Like a ghost hotel in the middle of nowhere. Avoid!

Good price /quality. Quiet. Transportation is a bit of an issue. If you have your car fine. Taxi is expensive around here and uber/Lyft type of service not available.

Expedia needs to clarify the spa and pool use policy. We were charged extra for a spa kit which included flimsy slippers and a robe but no towel. It was unclear whether we could have used the pool with our own towels. Other people were at the pool using their own.

Clean, was a bit cold but when I asked them to turn on the heating they did so and then was comfortable. Didn't have the chance to use the spa. Slightly disinterested/informal welcome on arrival, the young lady could have been more professional when answering my question. Very good service and quick on check out in the morning,

Really clean, but a bit dated. Nice staff, who, if you found the right person, would go out of their way to help. The most disappointing aspect was the spa/pool being closed. We were told this was due to maintenance, but saw nothing happening during our visit to actually confirm this. The advantage of a spa/pool on site meant we didn't choose an alternative hotel. To close these facilities without emailing guests to notify them is poor customer service, especially when we booked several months in advance. We came away feeling a bit robbed both financially and of a more enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Beautiful room, excellent breakfast!
Wonderful hotel, clean and modern with comfortable bedding and excellent bathroom/shower. Breakfast buffet had exceptional array of choices, we were very pleased with this property and would definitely return! 4 stars!

Misrepresentation!
I booked the hotel and there was no mention that the hotel spa was closed for 1 month. When I arrived I wanted a steam; I was instantly shown a silly little sign which stated the entire hotel spa was closed for some weeks. When you advertise Hotel & Spa and the Spa isn’t available then that in any court of law in the World is a clear cut case of misrepresentation. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the cost is always the same despite any closures. Therefore Expedia bad show!

Hotel is good but far away from Milan and transportation needs a car...if you have a car and don't mind driving off Highway it's a good choice for the money... Thanks to the breakfast area staff...very nice very helpful

The place is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, self-service laundry and some shopping. The spa and a pool are not included and a charge applies. However, if you need to exercise, run and get to know the area Breakfast is very complete including hot dishes wich is not common in Italy

Nice hotel in a region where there are few hotels
We came here while visiting a company locally. There are few hotels in the region and even fewer 4-start hotels. This hotel is easy to get to vois highway from Malpenza airport (MXP) and it has plenty of parking (which is a rarity in Italy). Its rooms are nice, functional and clean. It has an on-site restaurant which is useful when coming back late from business. The restaurant is OK and the breakfast buffet is what you would see anywhere. Note however that the restaurant is not open on weekends.

The room was very stylish and modern.The staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was with the thermostat. ...could not figure it out. It just kept flashing HELP! The temp in the room was too warm, so we opened the window.

I forgot 2 diamond rings in the hotel after I checked out. The staff found them and saved them for me until I returned back to pick them. This is a very rare thing to happen in Italy. The only disadvantage is that the neighborhood is not safe in the evening. I went to a 7 minutes walk pizzeria because it was the closest open pizzeria to have dinner and luggage from my car was stolen, facing a police station. so if you arrive late, make sure not to leave the hotel.

Stay was good but away from station and I couldn't a taxi to take me to the hotel. It took me more than 1 1/2 hour to get to the hotel, Also I had to go to customer and they couldn't provide me with Iron or Ironing service and it was embarrassing to wear unironed cloths.

Very clean hotel 20 minutes from MXP
We stayed here one night prior to departing MXP. Everything about the hotel was great. Very clean, nice beds, easy parking and great breakfast buffet. The neighborhood has a great pizzeria within walking distance. Didn't really have time to explore the area around the hotel but would definetly stay here again if departing out of MXP airport .
