This hotel was modern, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to metro and central train station but also walkable to main tourist attractions.

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast, close to the metro. Only complaint was that the room was very hot. Aircon did not appear to work and if you opened the window, there was a bad smell from the yard outside.

The breakfast was amazing. There were not many restaurants in the area and I didn’t feel like it would be safe as a solo female to walk around at night. I had booked 2 nights. I asked on check in about booking another 4 nights. The guy said there was availability just to come back when I decided. I tried to book the next day and he wouldn’t let me until checking out. I looked on their website the price and I had screenshot it. On checkout day I tried adding extra 4 nights and they wanted an extra 20euro a night. I declined and moved hotel.

This is a nice modern, clean hotel located 15 minute walk from the main train station and 20 minute walk to some of Milan's main sites like Duomo and La Scala. My stay was fine, however, the service I received from the front desk was OK, not great. I booked at a VIP access hotel through Expedia but I certainly didn't receive VIP benefits. In fact, they tried to up sell me to a bigger room and would not allow me to check in early saying check in was at 3PM.

The hotel was very convenient to sites and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. A noisy part of town though since it was in the center. There was no free breakfast like other hotels we visited in Europe.

The superior rooms are actually standard rooms so we were disappointed the rooms were small.if you want a superior room then book deluxe.Long check out process and the 2 rooms we booked were not together. Bar and drinks were good and great service.
