The nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip thru Europe. Exceptional staff, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible...again, best that we had on this trip. Property is close to where you want to be when visiting Milan. We will stay there again on our next visit. Highly recommend!

I stayed for one night and though it was adequate i have paid the same amount for better quality in Milan city centre. A high end experience! Staff was extremely polite and helpfull, friendly and attentive, no need to ask, service had been done already, luggage was brought up after storage… good tips, great and wide choice of breakfast Details made the (small but efficient) room feel very delicately designed: dark lining in the bed linnens, embroidered towels, complementary earplugs and toothpaste, a fully equiped minibar, built in tv, small details but a very high standard. I will defenitely be back!

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The only reasons I don't think it's 5 stars is the small rooms and the proximity to other rooms. I was on the 1st floor and closely positioned to three other rooms and could hear all types of "activities" taking place in the other rooms, at all times of night. A little less than a KM from Duomo so easily walkable. A little more difficult with luggage. Overall, I'd give the stay and property a 4.3 of 5 stars.

The place overall is great, unfortunately for us there was a few issues. The room we stayed in was quite small very odd shaped room. The first night we got to our room the air conditioner didn't work. Seems it was a problem for many others as a few guests were in the lobby as well. The manager for the night left early and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. Then their elevator broke for two days. Then the AC got fixed, but the 2nd night it leaked all night actually damaging some of our clothing as it leaked all over it all night. I don't feel they were the best at customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.
