My husband and I stayed in this hotel for four nights. The front staff at check in was very friendly. Breakfast at the hotel had limited options and it was not fresh at all. Housekeeping did not refill bathroom tools and was very noisy, cleaning outside our room at random times. The main street was also very noisy at night which was difficult to maintain a good night sleep. The hotel’s located very close to the center train station which made access to Milan’s city center very easy, but area around the hotel did not have alot of dining options or any attractions to see.

We absolutely loved our stay at IQ hotel. The room was so nice and clean. It was great to have a free mini bar stocked everyday with water and beverages. We travelled with a baby and it was super convenient to have water machine, microwave and laundry (paid) in the hotel. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved one of the girls at the reception who was super helpful and friendly with our little one. The breakfast was amazing had a wide variety of spread. We loved our stay at IQ hotel and will recommend to anyone looking for a continent place to stay by the central station

Location was very convenient across from Milan Centrale! Room was decent, clean with very nice breakfast buffet. The hotel offered free mini bar which was very nice as well! Super easy to get around. Some attractions were 25 to 40 mins away but it was fine as we liked to walk.

My stay at IQ hotel in Milano was pleasant, Kim at the front desk was such a delight. He made my stay really enjoyable, from the moment I walked into the lobby to the moment I checked out, If I needed anything I would turn to Kim and he would with a smile and to his ability help as much as he could…. His customer service is on point…… Also the IQ breakfast was delicious and the presentation was a delight itself! There was ONE incident in smoking area that wasn’t handled to my liking, but I’ll just leave it at that. Overall my experience at IQ was great, memorable for sure, and I would definitely stay at an IQ hotel again…. Thanks KIM!!!!!!!

Wonderful staff! For a small hotel the amenities were great. For 13euros you can get a breakfast beyond your dreams. Some good restaurants in the area. If you need to be close to Milano Centrale this is the place for you!

Good location just outside Central Station. Good welcome on reception with lots of options to enhance my stay however just for one night I was happy with just the room and the breakfast. Nice bar area on the top floor

Such as easy walk from train station to hotel. Rooms while small are nice in every other way. The breakfast has more than enough to fill us up. The spa room and sauna are also very nice.

Staff is great, room was good and breakfast was nice. But the rooms are not sounds proof, a loud neighbor or people from the street can be easily heard and it can be really hard to sleep. If they assign you a road facing road you're probably gonna face the same issue.

We loved everything about this property. Great room, comfortable bed, polite and helpful staff, and near the train station. We would definitely stay here again. The in-room amenities were on par with a much more expensive hotel.

Really great location, 2 minutes walk from the Centrale. facilities were state of the art, nice gym and sauna to keep fit, and staff was super sweet and friendly.
