Lovely, clean hotel and great choice at breakfast. Rooms quite compact and the trams surrounding the hotel were very loud, especially inside the room.

We booked this hotel at short notice and it was everything we needed. The metro was a short walk away, as well as bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The room small but cosy and it had everything we needed. We were able to store our luggage safely with them before checking in and after checking out, allowing us to explore the city without carrying heavy bags. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the comfiest, but they did the job for the two nights we were there. I would recommend for anyone looking for a relatively cheap option when visiting Milan.

The location was great. 5 min walk to the M1 metro and 5/10 mins to get to Duomo. However, the price of the hotel for the quality was not adequate. I would go as far to say extortionate for the quality of the rooms and hotel. Couldn’t swing a cat and couldn’t open one door with the other open. Very claustrophobic! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice and convenient stay and would stay in the area again for location but not at this hotel for the price in comparison to others in the area! For the same price you can get better and for an extra €25-50 you can get a luxury hotel

We loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable! It is close to the metro and very easy to get to places. There were also some great bakeries and restaurants close to the hotel.

my husband and I could not sleep all night due to various noises all night. the room was very cramped and tiny as was the facilities. We had such a terrible stay that even though we had booked for two nights we left after the first night. We did ask if bigger rooms were available but was told no.

A nice hotel with a great staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel need a bit of maintenance (the shower head wasn’t working) and the sound isolation was not great. But overall for the price it was a nice stay!

Good location, 5 mn away from the Metro, 3 stations away from the Duomo. Rooms are small so watch out for the pointy tv frame and shelves. Not for light sleepers, the tram line works late at night, so it's a little noisy, blinds up or not.

Terrible value for money.
At over £300 a night was not worth it . Room was depressing blinds on the windows as it looked out on to other windows,internet didn’t work.Breakfast in a basement very impersonal,staff member hid behind the coffee machine so it appeared the only coffee available was from a jug (which was like warm and vile) I would not stay here again ,it’s tired in need of an upgrade I called the lift to the 5th floor and when it opened it was full of dirty laundry.

I really liked the hotel - young and hip, modern. Good location. Breakfast was great - they can cook eggs to order and cappuccino, etc. The room was not super cool - but we opened the windows and it was fine for a night in June. The next day it got cooler in the room. I would appreciate a mini fridge in the room - the "bar" provided did not really work. The elevator is small as pretty much everywhere in Europe - so, travel light. However, they do have elevators - including one to breakfast room, so that's a plus. We caught the tram right outside the hotel - it's close to train stations and although we did not check out the restaurants and stores, there do seem to be plenty around the area. Overall, great stay and I would recommend - stay there again. Thanks.

I was un sure of what to expect from the hotel but was pleasantly surprised at the warmth i was welcomed with at the hotel , the hotel is a bit small but well located and perfect for a budget trip . I extend my stay i completely recommend this hotel .

The hotel was presented well and modern and the staff friendly and helpful, however the walls were paper thin, we could clearly hear next doors TV and conversations, and also the tram outdoors which runs late into the night, despite being on one of the higher floors. We booked this as a last minute stay due to other accommodation falling through and it wasn’t awful but I felt it was well overpriced and I would recommend ear plugs if you do consider staying.

Very Nice hotel, staff were all friendly. We arrived 3 hours before we was allowed to check in but was allowed to leave luggage securely in reception until check in time. The hotel itself is in an excellent location within a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants in the area which we found cheaper and much nicer than the places towards The Doumo and Central areas. Only negative was room was on the slightly small side and bathroom shower was a little prone to splashing water everywhere due to it being very cramped - But with so much to see and do in Milan we spent little time in the room itself other than to shower and sleep!
